I've been a client of Chameleon for over two years now.
I have alaways found them to be Professional ,honest & dependable ......
Never over promising, resulting in every debt they have committed to collecting for me being paid!
Could'nt be happier with the service ive received throughout our working relationship! long may it continue !

I was hassled by telephone to sign up and had various conversations on a easy to contact mobile phone line, but as soon as I paid the fee I was unable to contact them by telephone except via a premium rate telephone line.
They traced the debtor and then agreed a monthly payment plan, but I have had to chase them by email before any money is paid to us. We have no way of knowing if they are passing all payments on, for all we know they are keeping monies that have been recovered.
They are very slow to respond to emails sent.

Chameleon are a local firm to me. Once I instructed them to collect a debt from a extremely difficult individual. The amount cleared within 2 weeks.
Great help.

Was really hesitant to use a debt collection agency for first time but from the initial contact Gavin & team put my mind at ease. Very quick and efficient, they have recovered all debts owed. Really can't fault them, great communication, keeping me updated throughout.

I have a couple of experiences of using Chameleon Collections. Whenever I have a problem with persistent, deliberate, payment avoidance I have enlisted this company to help and have received 1. Excellent and trustworthy service 2. Quick results! Chose them originally because of their location, have stayed with them because of the benefit.

Stay well away. This company haven't recovered a single debt despite initially telling us it was possible. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails.

Been using Chameleon for years for rental arrears and similar problems as are highly recommended in rental property sector
However I instructed them to recover my first B2B debt.
They immediately served a statutory demand to wind up directly with my debtor.

I've used Chameleon on several occasions and find them to be spot on! Always giving the uptmost attention to detail keeping me informed regularly of chain of events and representation in court has never bern a problem always conducted in a professional manner. Thankyou guys makes my life easier and takes away the worry for me!

Been struggling with monies owed now over some time but it's been a little too close to home. Discussed my issues through with Kate and so glad I did as Chameleon removed all the personal and emotional barriers that were making the recovery difficult. A payment plan has been set up so I am (finally) receiving regular payments now to recover the money and ... I'm updated weekly as always! Communication is very bad
can never get hold of anyone on the phone and no one ever gets back to you . when they do they dont understand the problem and you cant explain to anyone what needs to be done . find working with this company impossible to get any closer to getting any of my money back and feel even more out of pocket

Chameleon collected money on our behalf and that was the last we saw of it. Very difficult to speak to anyone, no progress updates about collections - its easier to use the County Court.

Transparent, simply and easy to use. have recovered two commercial B2B debts one which was highly disputed. I am now using Chameleon for my other business, completely different business all customers are private individuals B2C. I will see how they perform. So far So good.

RUBBISH AND THEY SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN 6 YEARS TO PAY OFF AND THEY DID NOT EVEN TELL US THAT IT WAS IN PLACE. FORGET THESE MUPPETS AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE HIGH COURT AND SEND IN THE SHERIFFS AS THEY HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC. YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW IS TOTAL RUBBISH AS YOU DONT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS AND WE HAD TO KEEP CHASING YOU FOR THE MONEY THAT THE DEBTOR HAD PAID. YOU SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN EVEN THOUGH WHEN WE INSTRUCTED YOU THAT IT WOULD NOT BE EXCEPTABLE AND YOU NEVER KEPT US UP TO DATE. INFACT THIS IS THE QUICKEST YOU HAVE EVER REPLIED TO ANYTHING.

It appears very much similar to other people, that I have now found out about. I was given the sales pitch by Gavin Beaston, then absolutely nothing. This company are just scam merchants AVOID AT ALL COSTS
