Bought some z90 mid basketball trainers. They fell apart almost straight away. I tried emailing them to sort and was constantly given another email address to try. In the end you just give up. I tried 4 different areas and they asked me for everything from my shoe size, to price, to where the shoe was made! Awful and you shouldn't buy from them.

Just received Liverpool FC shirt ordered a month ago. XL , which usually a little roomy for me, but this too tight. Very nice quality, great value. But should have gone up to XXL or even XXL for better fit.

No elasticity, can’t wear their items for longer than an hour, exteremely uncomfortable and tightening fabrics.

A tiny backpack sized as a tiny wallet costs $60, can’t use it for anything. When I received it, it realized it could fit in my hand, wheareas on the photo it looked like a normal sized small packpack.

I bought a bunch of staff from this website and am not using or wearing any of them as they are useless.

It’s been half a year since I purchased from them. No items shipped and no refund. The customer service isn’t responding at all and claimed they reshipped the items without confirming with me first. So they just simply decided for me that I would still need the items 4 months later. More important I have already moved from the original shipping address. They refused to refund me and never apologized and acknowledged their mistake and attitude. DO NOT BUY FROM THiS BRAND, shocking customer service and product quality. Bought a reverse weave hoodie,washed it at 30deg and dried on airer. It shrunk! Took it back to the shop but deputy manager said nothing could be done.i felt like basically she didn't believe how I washed it. She did give me the email for local rep. This person eventually agreed that I could have an exchange. But couldn't have a refund as the tills can't process refunds, as head office is in Italy!

I am writing to you today because I am a avid experienced Pickleball player I bought a pair of your sneakers and thought they were so comfortable I got another exact pair the problem with the sneakers is that they have a flange out heel. For years of playing I have never taken a fall.
Because of the widened herl I took a step and tripped on the heel of the other shoe and went down and broke my wrist. These sneakers should not be used for court play and I would appreciate hearing from you about them I am not the only Pickleball player that has had issues and hurt themselves because of these style sneakers. Appreciate a reply

F$*k this company and DO NOT waste your time or money, would give 0 starts if possible. Not even worthy of 1. Horrible customer service and never received my item. This website is a scam and will take your money and leave you with nothing.

Literally piece of s**t. Order a trackies set 2 weeks prior for my dad. Didn’t arrive on time nor did they give me a tracking number so I could even track my package. Called customer service and they hung up on me… 3 TIMES!!! Next time I called customer service, the lady on the phone gave the bs excuse saying that she’s not the one who can help me but another lady who would be me a call in the afternoon. Waited until the next day and still 0 phones call or any communication about my issue. Literally the worst customer experience ever. Champion do f***king better because your employees are literal garbage and don’t give a s**t about anyone else but themselves. Literally trash heads go f**kyourself. Sincerely, someone who was extremely unsatisfied with their order that didn’t even f***ing arrive.

Ordered their boxer shorts. All my other underwear is a medium so I ordered a medium it was delivered promptly and the size was correct. But they run way small.! The elastic waistband is super rough on your skin and there's no stretching it out

Most of Champion stuff - the quality was Ok, but sometimes the pictures on the website were misleading and actual fabric of the clothing was cheap and could see through.

The service is terrible I would give give them 0 star if I could. I've ordered the tracksuit for my son's birthday and matching shorts. These were in stock and not even low stock. Three days later I've received emailed my order is cancelled and that if I didn't cancel this myself then the items is out of stock. Same day four hours later I received another email which says 'your item is on the way'. This was only tracksuit bottoms. I rang the customer service and told them I'm dissatisfied with the service and the items were in stock when I placed the order. They gave me some stupid excuses and not even tried to find a solution or apologise. All they said is 'bs of the bank holiday maybe our website wasn't updated....' Well, that's not my problem. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

If I cld give zero stars I would!!!! After placing my order and "receiving a 15% dicount" They did not have one of my items available, later informed me by email. The items I purchased were on sale. I was told they wld not charge me for the item they did not have. I was charged!! Then calling them the CSR was argumentative and stated my bill and receipt was $20 more than the copy I have of my balance and screenshots of my itemized bill, and also my PayPal and banking statement. She said they did not charge me the $20 however what she done and now sent me was my receipt but the items back to original price and no $15% discount. Because they didn't have the item, they removed my discount and sale of the item, now showing on their end $20 was deducted when my original statement and receipt from order matches my argument. Long story I know and still not everything, overall I will never purchase from them again. They wouldn't even allow me to show or send them proof they are wrong. I advised them I will chuck the measly $20 as a loss and cut ties. It is not the purpose of the $$ its the fact they are wrong on every level and their CS sucks... Bad for Business!!!!
