Ordered a pair of running shoes on Thursday (despite all the negative reviews here), got the shipping confirmation on Friday, and received the package today (Tuesday of the following week). Received what I ordered and had it delivered super fast: great experience!

I ordered two sets of an item and received only one. Called customer service but was met with indifference after waiting an hour to speak to a person. He called the store from where the items were shipped (Charlotte, NC) but the store did not answer. He then said for me to wait 3-4 days and they would try calling again. I asked for the number to the store and called them myself. To make a long story not so long, I went back and forth from calling the store to calling customer service. CS said they had to open up an investigation and for me to wait 4-5 days. They really do not care about their customers. I may have lost my money because I have no faith that anyone will follow up on this. I will never purchase anything from their stores.

If i could have gave them no stars i would. The worst experience ever with champs that I've ever had I'm so damn mad. And i will not be spending another dollar with them or any company they are affiliated with! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I visited champs sports in Downey - Stonewood mall a few days ago. And saleswoman Faith needs to work on her customer service and co. worker skills. Her lack of communication capabilities need improving.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option! AWFUL!!!! Placed an order back in November 2025 for my kids for christmas. Order has still not shipped and it's February 2026. You cannot contact a real person, I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact someone to send my money back. I finally get an automated email back today saying that too much time has passed and there is nothing they can do!!! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I just returned a pair of Hoka shoes that were hurting my feet to the Capitol Mall store in Olympia WA. The process was very easy and I received great customer service from Dalton. Thanks!

I’m from Winnipeg and when I went to the champs at polo park mall the salesman named Wasif. It was the best experience I have ever had. He was great!

Ordered an item for Christmas returned and they received the package on January 2nd was advised that it would take two weeks to see a refund, after 2 weeks told it would be an additional one to two weeks after sitting on the phone for multiple half hour conversations still no resolution nor have I received any communication that they've received the package the refund is in process anything the only information I got was after calling and sitting on hold for 30 minutes with no resolution it is 2026 you have to be able to do better than this! never again!

ONLINE order, fast delivery. however, goods still attached the security tag on it.
Drove 20km to the nearest store.. not even one staff seems willing to help. explained the situation to a "poker faced" staff. he grabbed the goods, ran to counter.. remove the tag and rudely dumbed the product on their counter and walked away. No greetings, no sorry, not even a word from the staff. So I just get my good and walk back to my car. Sad service and wish them luck on their business.

Fed Ex lost the shoes I ordered, champs replaced them and had them delivered in less than 24 hours.

When shopping for the first time at Champs, I was served by Muhammad Baddar.R and his customer service was excellent. Nothing I asked was a problem and I was very impressed since fabulous service like this is rare in most places. I later was also assisted by Carlos L and he too gave good service. It is obvious that Champs gives the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I’ll be back for sure!!

Foot Locker bought Champs to destroy the quality of the customer experience and drive customers to Foot Locker. In that case I wont buy anything. Im not going to be forced to shop at Foot Locker.

Are they even ligit? Tracking show label printed but never shipped and it’s been 7 days since order was placed. Impossible to contact a real person. Seems like the reviewer Frank is one of their employees who trying to calk everyone a liar. They actually do that to defend themself?

I placed a order and the order went to a previous address, but I retrieved the shoes still,but two pair were not in the order, but they sent two of same pairs which I ordered only one and they refused to refund me my money. I suggest if you are going to purchase anything from Champs do not purchase it online, because if there's a issue they will treat as your no one.

The worst store to do online business with….item sitting in a warehouse for over two weeks on an exchange with absolutely no updates. It is a busy time of year, but customer service is atrocious and management is a joke, NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE

I absolutely wish I could give them ZERO STARS PERIIIIOD.. I've Never had a company straight up not ship the item that you purchased. It's just been sitting there waiting for carrier they never sent the pickup tag to FedEx(saying pickup item)after two hours trying to contact Champs sports I spoke with someone for the to tell me wait till Dec. 24th which that's the time It was expected to arrive right in time for Christmas. I placed the order on Dec.15th which was more than enough time at least I thought so😡😡😡 but the item never left CHAMPS wearhouse label created but not moving.. who does that 🤔😡

Order a pair of shoes online to pick up in store said they would be ready in 2 hours. Got to the store to be told the item shipped from another store and would not be there for over a week (even tho the store has the exact shoes and size) Placed a call to customer service, was placed on hold for over an hour to receive an automated message that said, no one is available to take your call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE IN ONLINE . I won’t be buying from them again at all!!!!

I started my christmas shopping early.I bought the wrong size and the nike two seventies.I paid a hundred and fifty dollars for them. I tried to take them back.It was past the forty five day return date.The manager could not overwrite.It gave me a number to call, I called them today.And they said the same thing, there's nothing they can do for me, because i'm out of the forty five day return policy.I started my christmas shopping early thought I was getting ahead of the game.Really?I just wasted a hundred and fifty dollars and I will not buy from champs.Anymore, the shoes have not been worn.They are perfect.They still have the paper inside of the shoe. Absolute dogwater. They gave me a partial unfair refund when i called customer service the guy barely spoke English and when i was explaining what the order summary stated he placed me on hold when he returned i asked to be transferred as what he did was disrespectful he said ok bye. Fortunately this wasn’t in person or i would’ve smacked him into actually liking his job and showing some basic human respect and decency

Well before champs sports company was more professional kinder to all customers & applicants so 2025 Edison mall Fort Myers FL store keeps hanging up calls so applied position not long ago called stocker putting things on shelf before since stores lease out to property owners of Edison mall FL Fort Myers. No one should feel treated poorly when needed assistance fairly . Huge fan of Champs sports stores before had bad experiences employees can be rude too .
