Paul & Craig provided an exceptional service from Start to Finish whilst Installing the EvecGo 2.0 Tethered EV Charger.

The Cable management Paul & Craig followed was superb, very neat from the Electrical meter located within the garage and then over the Large Front Porch door/window frame.

Paul & Craig have great knowledge and experience to offer any advice on EV Chargers, They were both extremely professional and polite throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend - both deserve more the 5stars

I recently had an EV charger installed by ChargeUpUK and the whole experience was absolutely first class from start to finish.

The installation was carried out by Paul and Craig, who were both professional, friendly and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions and completed the installation to a very high standard.

The quality of the work is excellent, with great attention to detail and a neat, tidy finish. Nothing was too much trouble and it was obvious they genuinely cared about doing the best possible job rather than just getting it finished quickly.

It's becoming increasingly rare to find tradespeople who combine technical expertise with such great customer service, but Paul and Craig were a credit to both themselves and ChargeUpUK.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending ChargeUpUK to anyone considering an EV charger installation. Outstanding service and an excellent experience all round.

Paul was great on the initial call, followed up with good advice and research and booked us in promptly for an upgrade / replacement home car charger. Excellent work on the install, no complaints. Would recommend.

Highly recommend Chargeup UK for your EV charger install! Paul was great, from the initial site visit to explaining the whole charger set up and output and to the install day. Everything was smooth running and really quick turn around. On the day of install it was a heatwave but Paul and Craig did an excellent job and no mess after. Cannot recommend them enough :)
