Crooks I changed ins. Company for a car I have and received a letter wanting proof of ins. Or they would charge a ins fee of about double what normally pay.So I sent them the proof in an email to there insurance department today received aletter letting me know I have been charged $150 for this month when I checked I realized I had already been charged $300 last month when I contacted them they claimed to have not received the email but claimed the email address I sent it to is correct hummm sounds like somebody isn't doing there job not a problem I will be switching over to truliant credit union tomorrow dont trust this place shady tactics to see if your watching your money

This institution continues to degrade. So many failures in providing a minimum standard of working services.

We've had accounts with Bank of America & Wells for 30+ years and both of those banks have extremely bad service, horrible!

We opened an account with Chartway about 3 years ago and the service has been exceptional.

Boa & Wells have abandoned customer service and just shift you around from one person, or robot, to another, until you get tired of waiting and simply hang up.

Chartway has video banking which allows you to speak with a banker within minutes.

Nothing but good things to say about Chartway, and as a mortgage banker myself, their mortgage rates are much better than most banks, with little to no fees. And they have a very easy/user friendly loan process too.

I like this app in all sides even when it comes to Whatsapp, there are no issues related. Thanks to the Chatway Team

Was approved for a vehicle loan through Chartway Federal Credit Union, but after approval, the loan officer would not respond to emails or phone calls in regards on how to proceed. I had to go with a different financial institution that had local loan officers I could see in person and talk to. Huge waste of time and I now have to figure out how to make sure this first loan is canceled. DO NOT USE!

The worst bank portal and customer service. No one picks up the phones for a long time. One cannot pay down as this bank put a limit on pay offs so they can keep charging interest.

Their Portal is so complicated that even their own employees acknowledge the fact.

After activating a replacement debit card I tried to reset my pin number. I was unable to do this because the customer service people couldn't comprehend my problem. Chartway should quit pretending that they have a customer service department.
