Within a week, Christopher secured a Decision in Principle, and within two months—just four days before my legal deadline—I received a full mortgage offer. I was genuinely shocked and relieved.

Harry and Josh were also exceptional. They kept me updated at every stage without me having to chase them once. They were consistent, supportive, and incredibly efficient. I, in turn, made sure to provide every document and respond quickly, and together it made the process smooth.

I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Tristan once said to me "I look at it this way, if you were my sister, I would think have I done absolutely everything I can to help her" - And I truly felt I was being handled with the same care.
It was up and down a little bit, and there was a time we thought it was hopeless due to a down valuation.
But here we are now, with our official mortgage offer which we have accepted!! We are still in shock and disbelief.
We will forever be thankful to Tristan and Josh for their tenacity, patience and excellent communication.

Great communication, friendly and professional approach. I was dreading the idea of remortgaging after my active mortgage company denied my application.
