We booked a taxi to take us to the resort and nothing arrived. We had to take alternative and expensive transportation just to get to our destination. Cheapesttaxis said they would cover the cost of this journey but they did not. They basically refunded the original cost and cancelled our return trip. We have to seek alternative transport.

I've never had a Taxi not show. Furthermore if you find yourself hours away from the resort, you could be hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I might aswell of walked to be honest.

Thank God we done this journey without kids. The airport staff we fantastic in aiding us but still money was lost.

I booked a transfer 25.10.2018 from Faro Airport to take me to Tavira on 14.12.2018, which was confirmed. However, on arrival Greenbus had no information and I had to get a taxi at the cost of €35. A refund of the origanal fare and the taxi was promised following my complaint. Received the original fare but still waiting for €35 😠! Needless to say, I won't use them again or recommend them to anybody!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I booked a transfer online on 30 December 18 return fro Tenerife South to Puerto de la Cruz. They took my payment but sent no confirmation email. I phoned them and was told there was no one in the office, the rep said it was possible they could no do the transfer and advised me to make other arrangements and they would refund my payment.
I made other arrangements and advised them and they said the refund would now be made.
It is now 12 January 19, they have made no refund after 5 emails being sent with no response I have raised a dispute with Visa.

Ho prenotato il trasferimento per rodi areoporto-hotel, andata e ritorno, il 7 luglio per il 31 luglio(andata) e 8 agosto(ritorno).
La mail ricevuta per la conferma della prenotazione non diceva dove andare una volta arrivate, così mando una mail per chiarimenti e mi dicono di andare al desk TLT.
Arrivate in areoporto a Rodi, andiamo al desk e la ragazza dice che non ha nessuna prenotazione a nostro nome. Chiama l'ufficio e aspettiamo trovino una soluzione.
Alla fine della fiera, prendiamo un bus due ore dopo che ci porta in hotel (tra le varie fermate per lasciare giù la gente nei vari hotel).
Per il ritorno(data la paranoia ricapiti la stessa cosa) ci conferma la ragazza che non ci saranno problemi.
Mi arriva una mail, dopo tre giorni, in cui dicono che mi manderanno un messaggio il giorno prima della partenza per indicarmi l'orario e di controllare anche la mail dell'hotel.
Non mi arriva niente, chiedo all'hotel di chiamare l'ufficio e gli dicono l'orario.
Il bus è arrivato puntuale e siamo arrivate in areoporto con largo anticipo per fortuna.
Però, oltre al grosso inconveniente dell'andata, non ritengo affidabile il servizio, dato che la mail di conferma assicura che si riceveranno avvisi di tutto e invece ho dovuto chiamare due volte su due.

We have used this company twice to book transfers to hotels (both times from Faro airport).The first time we booked a bus service but on the way back to the airport we had a private car!

The second time we had trouble locating the bus service and panicked a bit, but it was our fault too: you MUST properly check the booking as further down it tells you the local company you will be travelling with. Once we did that it was fine and we had little trouble, aside from the pickup being a bit late and the driver was not very good! (This is an issue with the local bus firm however, not this company).

So they are fairly reasonable and generally provide links to good local services. Of course local transfers like buses and trains are cheaper but sometimes you just want to go door to door without too much trouble!

I booked a taxi and paid 86.10 EUR for a transfer from Tenerife South airport to Puerto De La Cruz. The representativ never met us and the overseas supplier who I phoned refused to help us.
The staff in the airport tried to help us, but with the same result.
After one hour we gave up and hyred another taxi.
The day after I contacted the overseas supplier and was informed to mail CheapestTaxi. I mailed 3 times, but never had an reply.
It looks like I have lost my money to a unreliable company

I booked a Shuttle transfer from the airport of Corfu, and had an confirmation and as well information about how to be "picked up". It said:
"After collecting your luggage, one of our Overseas supplier’s representatives holding a sign of "CheapestTaxis.com" or a sign with your name written on it, will meet and assist you. If you have difficulty in locating the representative, please call our Overseas supplier no. as indicated here below, or our emergency helpline"
So I was not worried - They know that I'm arriving. I landed on time 8.10 pm - got my baggage and went out.. but no sign with cheapestTaxis - no sign with my name - I looked and looked and looked. NO SIGN! So being a little desperate - also having a telephone that was not working - I asked some of the reps waiting for their guests. No the could not help me. Ok then I looked around the airport to find someone to ask. By a coincidence I saw a desk with a big sign a2btransfers, so I went to ask the girl, if she could help. And I was told that THIS was the place "Lord Travel" and they never heard anything about meeting people by the door from the baggage claim! Ok found the proper place - but no bus. I was waiting and waiting an waiting - and after a long while shown out to a wrong bus. Luckily I asked the driver if it was the bus to Kavos - but it was not. Back to the encounter agin carrying my heavy suitcase - having an absolute chaos around me - I succeeded in finding the right bus. I arrived to my hotel as the last person, 3 hours after I got out of the plane. It was really a bad experience and I was so happy about not having booked a return ticked for 10 pounds - The public transfer turned out to be a better alternative for the price of 4 euro - it stops 200 meters from the airport which is easily to be walked.
