We have been using Checkfront for 12 years and lately their support is ridiculous!
I have been waiting nearly a week for them to reply to look at an API issue.

Checkfront is a scam. They called to sell me their ticketing platform. During his pitch he said he was a local business and name a We Work location in Austin Texas which is on all Google maps. I asked if he was a local startup why was his phone number an international call and he said he had no idea. They are out of Canada so he did have an idea just chose to lie.
I've been using this booking system provider for a few weeks. The system is ok, not great, but ok. It has several areas in need of improvement that the staff acknowledge, but they also acknowledge these will take a long time to fix. The customer support is very slow to reply and often can't solve problems, rather they suggest workarounds that involve reducing the already limited functionality of the system further.
The company has recently merged with two other providers and private equity has got involved. As is often the case, the priority for the company is providing a profit for the investors and so quality is being cut wherever possible I think. I would not recommend Checkfront and in fact I'd urge anyone to avoid being tempted by the low fees and look elsewhere.
One of their customers keeps spamming me with links to Checkfront's website. I've reported this to Checkfront multiple times but they don't seem interested in doing anything about it. Recommend steering clear if you don't want to support spam.
