Holly cow did these undies suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put them on and they felt great, fit great and loved them. Within the hour I could tell something was up lol. By noon they had stretched out so much they would not stop riding up. I am not exaggerating these are the worst panties I have ever woren.

I had an order of 5 and three of those came as the wrong style. O immediately contacted them and its been weeks or back and forth for them to claim they changed the style of them to something way different despite two being correct. If they actually did change them I never would have ordered those and they should say they are changing it. They just blew me off no refund or sending the correct thing. I was just wanting to get the correct thing and return the wrong ones they sent.

Highly recommend. The material is so buttery soft, stretchy, comfortable, high quality and seamless. I bought nine pairs to replace my regular underwear. They have such cute and creative designs, I love them so much. They are true to size, I also love how they are body positive

These are the most comfortable panties I've ever worn, this coming from someone that quit wearing panties because they are so uncomfortable. I got the high wasted cheekie's and the boy shorts, the cheekie's are my favorite. When you click on something that says they will give you a free sample you think oh it's goanna cost me 30 bucks just to get the "free" sample, but it was free. I got 2 free pairs and was offered another 2 pair just for trying them. It cost me 11.99 to get all 4, that's right 4 pair. I was so baffled I am now a VIP member and can't wait for my next shipment.

I never leave reviews, but this one I had to . I’ve been seeing cheek boss pop up in my social media for a long time now and decided to give them a try. My first order I ever completed. It said that I could get four pairs of underwear for five dollars long story short as soon as the payment went through and ended up being $13. I emailed support and they said that I had purchased a subscription which I had never done, but they offered to refund the money which was good. As some time went on and I started wearing the underwear they don’t do what they are advertised to do. at first they’re pretty comfortable, but once you start to wear them, they ride all the way up your back. Then 2 to 3 weeks after I completed my order I haven’t touched the cheek boss website at all and I was charged $27. 3 days later before I even did anything about the transaction they refunded my money. This is veryyy shady and last, but not least one of the underwear are literally coming undone at the seams on each side. After following proper washing instructions. this has been a terrible experience.

Loved these. Getting more pairs and trying other products because there is no chafing with the underwear and they are super comfortable. If you have the most sensitive skin ever I highly recommend

Easy to order and purchase. Quality of these underwear are excellent and they really are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. So many pretty colors and patterns to choose from.

I was so excited about my Order, but they just cancelled it Stating that the shipping costs were too high to Germany. I paid 19.99$ for shipping and almost every other Shop I ordered from the US so far has lower shipping prices and doesn‘t cancel orders for such a stupid reason. And they Are also very unprofessionel Since they didn‘t refund me the Full amount Even though I haven‘t received anything!!!

What I like:
These really are the best panties I’ve owned. They super soft, stretchy and work well for my apron belly (they don’t over-restrict and create a defined lump, nor do they let everything jiggle out).

What I don’t like:
-Shipping times are annoying and never consistent. They need to use a new shipping service.
-sizing consistency is a MAJOR issue. I just opened a size L and M in boyshort style and they were the same (except the M had a few cm bigger than the L). In addition, the sizing between styles is drastic. I’ve ordered boyshort, thong and brief. The thong is NOT plus size friendly at all!
I ordered (the first time) boy shorts in size XL and briefs in L. There was a 6 inch difference in the waist length between the sizes (laying flat).
-My biggest issue: the option to pay for a “size guarantee”. I understand with underwear returns are sketchy-but stand behind your product! I shouldn’t have to pay extra money when your product size guide is incorrect, especially with how absurdly expensive these are!

Buy with caution. They will NOT guarantee you receive your product. My items were ” lost in transit” they wouldn’t even refund me

I really really love my fun underwear sets. I usually have a hard time finding underwear that doesn't irritate me and these don't! I was so impressed and I love how fun all the patterns are and the feel is very comfortable. Customer service was also helpful and answered me very fast if I had any issues. Will definitely buy again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cheek Boss and their VIP membership program.

First, they charge recurring monthly subscription fees without sending any advance renewal reminders or billing notification emails. Customers are given zero heads-up before an order processes, making it impossible to adjust, skip, or cancel before being charged. When brought to customer support's attention, they explicitly stated that they "do not offer renewal reminders" and put the entire burden on the customer to track billing dates.

Second, their claim that auto-fulfilled orders are based on your "Style Profile" or past preferences is entirely false. Despite my past order history showing a clear preference for colorful and patterned prints (like florals and butterflies), the system auto-filled my package with basic, plain styles. Expecting customers to maintain 7–10 items on a wishlist at all times just to avoid receiving random basic inventory is completely unreasonable.

Finally, despite sending an unnotified order filled with items that completely disregard previous preferences, support refused to waive their $6.99 exchange fee.

If you value transparency, control over your billing, and receiving styles you actually choose, stay far away from their VIP program. I have canceled my membership and will not be returning.

I recently received four pairs from Cheekboss, and I’m honestly so impressed! The material is incredibly soft, comfortable, and feels great throughout the day. The fit was also perfect, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I’m already looking forward to ordering more styles and colors. Definitely a new favorite!

To say I am blown away is beyond an understatement! Terrible customer service! They have no way to cancel or change after it is placed. I emailed then right away to change my order and of course they don't respond until after it ships. They said to let me know when my order arrives and they will help with an exchange. I did that and they make you pay for the return. They sent the ugliest neon yellow/green pair that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! I will never use them again and will not refer people to this company. Worst experience!

Ordered 4 panties and the package has been sitting in a storage facility for 2 WEEKS! email is VERY slow to respond and they suggest to wait for another 5 days.

Everything about the product is great, they are SO soft and i honestly probably could have sized down which is nice. The customer service was also really great when I had to contact support with a question.

I ordered 05/22 and today is 07/01. It says it’s been sitting in a mailing facility with no movement since 05/26.
