Do not buy. Imitation product when you buy. No customer service and you can't sent the item back so you are lumbered with a item as not described that costs the same price as the original. These items are are from China and counterfeit product.

A dress ordered in early August has never been delivered. Multiple e emails resulted in promises of checking delivery which did not happen.
Then, no replies after I requested a return of my payment.
This site was advertised on Pinterest so I thought it would be safe to place an order. There appears to be very similar sites with the same trading conditions and products on Pinterest.
This experience has made me much more aware of the
shopping on line and I have learned the hard way about the pitfalls and will be very careful in future.
Please avoid this shopping site as there seems to be no redress.

Please avoid , i ordered a coat costing £34.95 which looked nice on the website, it was very poor quality and i contacted the company , they offered me a 15% discount rather than pay the almost £25 return costs and I never received anything after contacting them over 12 times, , they kept repeating that that the refund had been processed. out of frustration I contacted my bank who are retrieving the entire cost for me. I have tried to make a complaint to Pinterest who allow them to advertise but it is very difficult.

This company is a scam, only wish I could give zero stars.
Ordered a maxi dress which is nothing like the description or pictures it was cheap nasty. Dress was ordered 05/09/25 arrived over a month later on 11/10/25 sent email straight away demanding money back as item was not what I ordered but received no response.

Completely fake goods

Product never arrived, EVRi should have delivered but said they can't find my address! Despite lots of emails they now just refuse to reply. No refund offered despite request. Any email replies seem to be AI generated as they don't answer questions. AVOID

If I could give then no stars I would. I was sent the wrong dress. They almost got it right, I was sent a short mini dress of the Maxi dress I had ordered. I had no help with their mistake. I was offered a 15% discount or I had to pay the expensive price to send the wrong dress back to China.

The same as Sam. I ordered 2 items. They sent 2 items made from a different fabric composition (polyester instead of linen). They do not stick to their T&CS and refuse to send a PREPAID POSTAGE LABEL to RETURN the items to China as it should be in case of seller fault. Long dispute, still NOT finished. Dishonest, cheap products, awful customer service. I will write a bad review in several social media.

This is not a uk store it’s in China. Took 3 months for order to arrive, wrong items delivered and now in an ongoing dispute as they refuse to send prepaid returns label or issue refund! Customer service has been beyond diabolical and clearly unaware of consumer rights or how to run a business.

Please be aware that returns with this company need to go to CHINA!! I won't shop at this store because of this, as it tends to cost more to return goods than they're actually worth.
