Zero communication.Goods arrived after 7 days and were acceptable
Goods arrived after 7 days, no responses whatsoever from Chemist Counter Direct, tried contacting them during the 7 day wait no replies either, communication is zero, not even an order confirmation email/acknowledgement, the items ordered are fine though just don't expect to receive any communication from them at all !

Unable to get this order through the normal retail outlets but this site had them with a reasonable price and shipping costs. Arrived within a few days. Sorted.

quick service
ordered a nail treatment and order was despatched very quickly. However order received was not as ordered and sent an email explaining order. Correct order was sent immediately after Easter. Mistakes like this could happen as packaging of item looks similar.
Very impressed with service and specially correcting the order quickly.
Will surely use the firm for future needs
