I had a query regarding my order and Claire was very efficient, responding quickly to my email and answering my question helpfully. The product I ordered was exactly what I was hoping for.

Excellent communication. Had an issue with the amount ordered and Claire messaged straight away to resolve the issue and even sent a few extra gifts as an apology which was not needed but was very much appreciated.
