I have purchased an item via this b&q. It's been over 6 months and I have not received the item. And they are refusing to provide me a refund and not even replying to my email. They do not have any contact number with b&q. And everytime I asked for a contact number b&q said they do not have any contact number for this seller. I will be fighting for my money and compensation legally with them soon.

We absolutely love our splash back. Nick kindly agreed to do a custom one due to the size we wanted. We had to wait a little longer due to the Christmas and New Year break, but well worth the wait. It is stunning! Highly recommend, and will definitely buy again.

Ordered 2 glass splashbacks, communication was great and both products arrived well packaged within the delivery window given.
I installed both around this time last year and I am very pleased with the quality and durability of the splashback.

I absolutely adore my splashback and found Choose Your Print to be amazing in aiding me to make my choice of one. I was responded to very quickly when I messaged to ask a question on the product colouring where I was given the option of extra photos or if I was local to print shop to come to take a look in person. Once I realised the colouring of the marble effect was just right to accent the copper colourings in my kitchen I placed my order and Choose Your Print were helpful all the way. Super fast delivery and well packaged product and I think a very realistic looking marble effect. Would highly recommend

Have been looking for a splashback for behind my sink for some time, went onto Amazon & found an amazing glass one with a kingfisher print, ordered it, amazing price but ( my fault!) it was a fraction too high, Amazon arranged for a replacement, I got in touch with choose your print Ltd., directly so see if they did different sizes, AMAZING! What a lovely man, arranged for the exact size I was after to be delivered & the original one to be collected, all @ no extra charge, the new one arrived within a couple of days & it was rattling around in the box, obviously having been damaged in transit, I rang the company again, he immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out, it arrived today, all good. I cannot praise this company enough & would rate the 10 stars if that option was available. Fantastic splash back & absolutely the BEST customer service I have EVER dealt with. I don't normally do online I'm a stay local and support local but not Been able find what I'm after I decided to purchase. The ordering and payment was so easy. When it arrived the quality of the picture and splashback was amazing. I'm so happy with it. I would recommend this company to anyone & everyone.Customer services was 100 percent spot on thank you Nick.

Nick was soo helpful from the get go. He even gave me a website that I could use to transfer my picture when I had difficulties. Words cannot express how much I LOVE my splashback. I spend a lot of my time in my kitchen preparing food for the children and this no doubt makes my experience happier every time.iv only had it a few weeks and everyone has commented on how good it is already. I also have no doubt it will continue to be a talking piece when I have company also. I hope my word of mouth advertising will generate customers for them in the future, it is greatly deserved.
