sample cards arrived quickly and once I’d chosen design and message (thanks Carol for your help), the ordered cards were delivered promptly and well packaged.

THE CARD COMPANY AND STAFF WERE EXCELLENT BUT THE COURIER COMPANY OR MAYBE THE DRIVER I HAVE HAD TWICE ARE DREADFUL
MY ORDER IN 2017 AND 2019 WERE LEFT AT THE BACK DOOR (THATS WHY I WAS RELUCTANT TO ORDER AGAIN) BUT THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN - SAY NO MORE WE HAVE TWO SHEDS AND NEIGHBOURS WHO ARE RETIRED ALL AROUND US BUT EVEN WHEN I SAID I WILL ORDER FROM YOU SO LONG AS THE DRIVER DOES NOT LEAVE OUT SIDE AND HE/SHE DID AND LEFT A CARD THAT THEY WERE AT THE PATIO DOOR (WHY NOT UNDER THE TABLE AND CHAIRS ON THE DECKING AND DON'T FORGET WE HAVE HAD ONE OF THE WETTEST YEARS DO I NEED TO SAY MORE AND WHEN I HAVE SPENT £282.90 . DID TRY CALLING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BUT TO NO AVAIL NO ONE TO TAKE CALL AND AFTER WAITING I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO I HAVE JUST TRIED TODAY BEFORE LEAVING THE REVIEW AND CAN'T GET THROUGH AND THE I SENT AN E MAIL 29.08.19 AND STILL NO REPLY NEED I SAY MORE

Christmas Connections are very attentive and respond very quickly to orders, proofs and printing issues. Each year I order cards with my own personal photo and message. The cards are of excellent quality. You know you will receive them quickly and in time to send them out.

There is a phone number for Accounts on the invoice, but they never answer and let the phone ring out. I have encountered this problem year after year.

Always an efficient service which is easy to use, will be back again in 2020
