Great service.. the lady in the shop was so helpful, changed a wetsuit I ordered online without any fuss, refund issued for the rash vest that I decided I didn't want.. brilliant service.. and the online service was excellent too..

Exceptional customer service
Brought a carbon fibre skim board on Amazon from this company. We had an issue with the board, and ended up speaking with the owner of this small company, he was very patient and listened to us and resolve the the problem. He showed excellent customer services which you would never get dealing with a larger company.

Never received better customer support anywhere else
So kind I asked if I could upgrade the shipping to next day as I needed the product sooner and the owner dropped it himself to my house the next day free of charge. Such great communication will recommend to anyone and the boards are great along with the track pad too!
