AVOID – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I bought a van from this company and had nothing but problems.

The van developed serious engine problems, and despite me raising the issue with them, they refused to pay for the repairs.

To make matters worse, I did not receive the log book for the van, and the vehicle I part-exchanged was not taken out of my name. Because of this, I started receiving tax fines for a vehicle I no longer had.

I contacted the company to try to get these problems sorted, but I was left dealing with the consequences myself.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Buying a vehicle should not leave you with engine repair bills, missing paperwork and fines relating to your old vehicle.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor after-sales service.

Purchased a van (registration L77 FTX) from this company which developed serious issues shortly after purchase.

I raised the faults promptly and provided evidence, including an independent inspection report, but the matter was not resolved and communication was limited. I was left with no option but to issue a court claim to recover my money.

The company only agreed to settle after legal action was taken. Payment was delayed and made only after court involvement and missed deadlines. During this time, I also noticed the same van appeared to be re-advertised before my claim had been settled.

This was a very stressful and time-consuming experience, with additional costs incurred to resolve something that should have been handled properly from the outset.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to proceed with caution and to have any vehicle independently inspected before purchase.
