I never paid or subscribed to their service but my whole property is infected by it like a disease. I’ve reset all routers, bought new routers. I have contacted them several times and they will not help me because I’m not a paying customer…. YES SO CAN YOU REMOVE ME I DONT WANT YOU ON MY PROPERTY!

If i could have left less than one star that would have been too much. i have raised over 22 tickets for them to remove an incorrect categorisation which is blocking my site on IT systems, aa simple thing you would think BUT not at CISCO.

Il semble s'agir d'une arnaque à la tâche en plus, commençant par vous demander comme d'habitude de faire des screens de vidéos depuis Tiktok, 9 en tout, puis proposant une tâche prépayée d'un petit montant et vous envoyant directement vers des transferts de cryptos.... comme ce fût le cas pour Darktrace Ltd., puis vous envoie vers un site d'amazon pour un mascara spécial à mettre dans le panier (seulement cette tâche, apriori très facile, comporte bien des difficultés en faisant perdre du temps), c'est là que le système débloque une nouvelle tâche avec plus d'argent à prépayer (vous garantissant 30% de gains), m'étant déjà fait avoir pour un gros montant via les mêmes procédures mais en utilisant un site de trading spécial, ce qui n 'est pas le cas ici, par contre une adresse vous est donnée en vous faisant croire que c'est la vôtre où les 30€ transférés en ETH, vont directement au fraudeur. Car je ne les ai pas trouvé sur mon compte Binance que je devais indiquer. Il ne s'agit pas de tâches en groupe comme c'est le cas la plupart du temps, c'est individuel. Je fus contactée via Telegramme. Ayant mis trop de temps à trouver le mascara en question sur Amazon pour le mettre dans le panier et juste faire un screen, une autre tâche fût débloquée par leur système demandant un prépaiement de 147€. J'ai arrêté à ce moment, me rappellant trop l'arnaque subie avec Darktrace Ltd, dont on a usurpé l'identité, cependant Darktrace Ltd a dit être au courant mais n'a jamais déposé plainte pour usurpation d'identité. D'ailleurs j'ai demandé où est situé et l'adresse de Cisco technologies : le Mr a dû regarder sur ChatGpt pour me trouver : Cisco, AI infrastructure, secure Networking and Software solutions, 3098 Olsen Drive, San Jose, CA 95128, United States.

The worst customer service ever. I got issues with my MFA login and been trying to find a way to contact them and everytime it takes me to a service page that times out 404 error. Filled out a form to engage support but no response from them whatsoever. The worst thing, we are gold partners with these people.

I just wanted to buy one of their expensive products in Sweden, but when I gurned me to them asking ”how can I buy yor meraki router in Sweden”, instead of giving me simple answer, they send me a list of questions, about me, my company, etc that would take me several minutes to answer.
When I replied to cisco, that I just want to buy their product, not publish my diary, they simple shut down the thread.

Support is really difficult to reach sometimes

Been purchasing their products for years, routers, switches, and so on. And i can say this is one of the best tech brands that rarely let you down. Licensing is affordable

They disappeared, cant reach them , have service issue, total b.s.

Cisco sells its software and services to MSPs. It doesn't, unfortunately qualify those MSPs in terms of the maturity of the company and the consistency and quality of the services they provide. If, for some reason, you want to separate from an MSP before the contract ends, Cisco will side with the MSP and not small businesses that make the mistake of hiring an MSP.

Our MSP, btw, is Strive IT, the most incompetent IT services company that I've worked with in my 30+ years in technology. Avoid them and avoid Cisco Duo at all costs.

greg holley spelling not sure but his mother in law passed and his wife sherrie did not tell me, as the aunt mother passed, wow what an upstanding person is that someone you want working for you? my aunt, his mother in law asking me for tp, change for vending machines, and other goods, imagine they have a huge huge rv and a truck and his mother in law and the mother of his wife is begging me for crap. imagine, huge finished basement couldnt allow her there they put her into a assisted living place told her at one point, she should already have 14k saved, who gave her a free car to use? me, greg and wife sherry couldnt do it i also provided my aunt with a FREE PHONE for years and years, keep in mind they have loads of money let the one working like a dog as hes getting high in the garage and the daughter is a lazy behind. i would never treat my mother like that. shame shame shame. i dont want anything to do with CISCO products from this interaction ya aint good people, loads of other options. Without a cisco ID (whatever that is), they will not even answer a simple yes or no question ! What sort of customer service is that ?

I am not a customer of cisco anymore ,since my isr4331 is broken (the dialer doesn’t dial anymore) i opened the case and i realised that the equipment is not made by cisco actually is produced by Taiwamese Foxconn very disappointed by company, i will imigrate to huawei is probably a best choice

Fantastic telephony equipment that is easy to deploy and usually just works.
Better design compared to other manufactures IMO.
Sure it's more expensive than others but it's worth the extra price. In the long run it causes a whole lot less problems and just keeps on going.

Piece of crap website. Logging in is so bloody slow my grandma can walk a mile and back and its still loading. And no its not because my internet connection sucks, THE CRAPCO WEBSITE DOES. And there are sooooo many different websites pointing to the same webpage. Can't these bloody morons have one or a few websites instead of a thousand that you have to waste navigating????

The website is SOOOO bad. Trying to download a package. Hopeless. And why is an account needed for free software, not that it matters as I can't find the actual software? Directions point to non existing options. Redirecting to "latest versions" several years old. Wait here, maybe? Finally: the MacOS download ends on ...... Windows downloads. No MacOs or Linux to be found... nowhere... It is unbelievable how bad the site is to find any information about their product. Oh... and my firewall went into EOL shortly after I bought it. Saving an option? Oh.. you also need to save the configuration as well. I give up. I am done. Back to the Fortigate. Not only sunshine there but it gets the job done without being stuck for hours.
