Quick turnaround for an issue and great resolution

I had an issue with my activation code, so I have contacted the support service, it was already 8:00pm so honestly I was not expecting an answer the same day. But they have not only answered right away, but they solved the issue immediately. Great service, 5 stars to Joey.

After using Cisdem for a few years, I was pleased with the performance of this program. I recently upgraded my computer and needed to transfer the license. It was done within a very short period of time. No hassle, and I was up and running.

I emailed Cisdem about a Product of theirs that I purchased a lifetime license in Sep 2025.
However, I wanted to use the software on my Laptop instead of my Desktop. Ethan Li at Cisdem was kind enough to re-set my license. Everything is all up and running fine on the laptop.

My problem (or rather my lack of understanding) was quickly solved. LOVE the Cisdem program and most of all the Customer Service Department. 5 STARS earned for sure. Thank you.
