I chose Citi Ltd. for my Change Management Foundation course after looking at a number of providers. The pricing was very competitive and the term of the course also meant I didn't need to rush and could take in the content at my own pace. The online course was very comprehensive and clear, exactly what I needed to support the Change Managers Handbook to pass the exam. In addition the support team were excellent and helped me with any questions and exam booking.

Overall, a smooth and straight forward experience. Full independent learning with access whenever needed. The exam booking process and the exam itself was straight forward and instructions were clear. The team from Citi replied to my emails promptly. Reasonably priced course compared to other providers I have come across. A good experience for me and I would recommend them.

I have recently attended the PRINCE2 Practitioner with CITI. Our facilitator was extremely knowledgeable about the PRINCE2 content and helped myself and the others get ready for the PRINCE2 examination. I was able to really get inside the type of exam questions I would receive and how to look for clues within the written exam questions. I received many great tips on how I could utilise the PRINCE2 manual more effectively. There is a lot of content to cover for this level, however, I felt that our facilitator set the pace, tone and speed very well and I didn't feel rushed or overloaded. There were many opportunities to ask questions and seek more clarification (if more explanation was needed). I learnt a lot over this experience and would thoroughly recommended CITI to others wanting to take their learning and examinations. Thank You CITI, a fantastic professional service from start to finish!!!

I have taken both the APM Fundamentals & Management Qualification with CITI and both experiences have been excellent. Chris has always been on hand to answer all of my questions (of which, there have been a lot!). I wouldn't hesitate to complete another qualification through Citi in the future.

Videos were accessible most of the time (there was a system crash during the Christmas break) but I found they were very informative and well kept.
The chapter questions seemed a bit too easy at times, compared to the overall difficulty of the exam, but the mock exam questions were definitely in line with it.
Good mention to Chris Ashton, as he helped me reschedule my exam and provided clarity on why the system was down.

Avoid - Signed up to a Prince2 Foundation course on the 15th December. Since then the website is no longer working, all email addresses are no longer online and they will not answer the phone. They've taken my money without delivering any sort of product - Shameful.

I booked an exam through Citi for PMQ Prince 2 practitioners exam for the shorter exam. Upon receiving my confirmation email, which stated exam for the 3hours rather than the 2hours, CITI advised it was the standard email and assured me I was booked on the 2hour exam. When I took the exam it was apparent that it was the full 3 hour exam.

I’m unable to contact CITI as their website is no longer online and their email server is no longer online.

I took the APM PFQ through CITI. I found it to be an excellent experience from initial enquiries (website) through to taking the exam. The courses are priced reasonably. Chris Ashton provides prompt and professional support.

I recently completed and passed the exam for the APM Project Management Fundamentals course. All in all the process was very satisfactory and I learned a lot. I would like to say a particular thank you to Chris Ashton in the Citi support service, who helped solve a few issues with registering for the exam (due to the amount of time that had passed between my paying for it, and actually being in a position to take it). He was very responsive and professional!
