Cannot fault the housing association , I have a lovely flat and never had any problems

They Harass me every week about my rent. It started while I was still unemployed and on universal. I had to explain to them every week that I get paid on the 18th of every month. They just told me I should pay a bit extra each time to get in front. Now that I am working I still get harassed. Due to when I started work somehow I ended up a week behind, so I pay a little extra to help catch up. They keep phoning me at work (sure they want me to lose the job I've only just got). They want £92 a week for a tiny 1 bed flat. Lifts are always breaking down, the fob controlled doors to the block regularly malfunction. The block stinks because it gets cleaned less now they've uped the rent. There is a pigeon problem that was already there when I moved in and they won't sort it. I can't sort the pigeons cuz for health reasons.To top it all off they won't do anything about the flood their wofkmen caused that ruined my decorating, my carpet, my fridge and a hell of a lot of personal and sentimental items, stuff I can never get back.

when there booked out for a repair they come in the block of flats with a key they have stand outside your door and take a picture without knocking this is the 3rd time its happened no buzzer call or phone call luckily after the first 2 times it happened I stood by door all morning wondered how I was missing these people when I had no TV on or music but they don't knock the door im throughly disappointed when I've had to book 3 days of work for an hours work

RUBBISH housing association.
Left / leaving me and my children in a mice riddled home with droppings I etc.
It’s starting to smell bad, clothes chewed, brand new carpet chewed, beddings ect.
And citizen won’t move us or even try take next steps to resolve the problem.
Absolutely useless go on about helping and supporting tenants, yet do anything but.

They dont even deserve a single star. All they care about is rent, not the challenges they bring to the poor tenants. They fail to repair their houses and making people with mental health like myself worse every single day.
They are verbally abusive to us, they threaten you with eviction, knowing they gave Universal Credit wrong information. Wish people know and stop using them.

Shared ownership scam.
I entered into a shared ownership purchased years ago with these people. I saved and scraped together as much money as I could to get on the housing market. Little did i know i was falling into a trap of forever paying out and getting nothing back. From roof repairs, leaking boilers and wall insulation...I had to pay for it all myself. I fitted a new kitchen, bought an extra parking space and added a conservatory.. all of which just fed their greedy bellies when it came to sell. Whilst they increased their rent every single year without fail, and without ever setting foot in my home. Often sending me leaflets "by mistake" advising "were installing new heating systems/kitchens in your area". Even sending me a nasty letter advising I had to pay bedroom tax!!! They rented all the surrounded social houses out to benefit scum, drugs dealers, thieves, just out of the clink, stalkers, you name it, I had it on my door step negatively affecting my quality of life. When I finally came to sell my house, they're were less than useless. 300 admin fee, for what?then another £1k for competing..which took 11 months of sending time wasters around by the way. Just praying on the financially vulnerable. This company should be sued by all those who have had the misfortune to be duped by them, and them shut down by government for fraud. Disgraceful. Over a decade of my life has been wasted being a one sided little money spinner for these santamonis crooks. Utter pond scum. I only pray that they go bust and all their hones vet bought up by the council. Never believe a word they say. Staff lazy, incoherent, unprofessional and zero grammar skills. If I hadnt moved in with my partner, I would have starved to death paying their over exaggerated, ever increasing bills, and I still would only own half the house!!

Useless !!!!
Will lie lie lie to you about repairs and anything else. Staff are not up to the job PERIOD

should be new laws to stop them only look after there own family and friends
