I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Sunnybank city fertility
I found the clinic to be very focused on the financial side of treatment rather than providing patient-centred care. It felt as though treatment plans were not adjusted proactively, despite unsuccessful outcomes, which was frustrating and disappointing.
I was also unhappy with the lack of transparency around costs. I was given estimates that ended up being significantly lower than the final amounts charged, and I often received unexpected invoices throughout the process.
Communication was poor, and I did not feel adequately informed or supported. Fertility treatment is an emotional journey, and I felt there was a lack of empathy and understanding for what patients are going through.
For anyone considering treatment, I would encourage thorough research before choosing this clinic.
The only positive aspect of my experience was the nursing team, who were consistently kind, caring, and professional.
For this clinic. Do not recommend. Stay clear!
