Outstanding & unique experience
I usually don’t write reviews, but on this occasion I’m going to break my habit due to the level of personal service and unbelievable presentation of the car in a unique environment I have ever had.
From start to finish when I phoned to enquire about the car I was interested in, I received a 1st class service from Richard, he kept me updated on the process all the way and was fantastic in dealing with my numerous queries which involved the numerous videos and photos of the car which I asked for.
Upon arrival to collect the car the bespoke setup was amazing, the car was presented in the best possible setting imaginable, totally first class, and was valeted to perfection.
Richards customer service was 2nd to none, and the following completion of the paperwork was an extremely smooth transaction.
I have never purchased a car with this level of service and presentation and I have purchased quite a few from major garages over the years. They all could certainly learn something from City Cars Scotland.
Absolutely a pleasure to deal with them and without a doubt will be purchasing from them in the future.

Cannot thank this company enough for helping me get the car I really wanted after choosing the wrong car with another company the month before.

Highly recommend! I recently purchased my third car from City Cars. The car was immaculate and fantastic customer service from John as always – extremely helpful, friendly, and professional at the same time, no pressure from him at all. So happy with my new car, thanks again! 😊
