I attended the City Investment Training Venture Capital workshop, and it was truly outstanding. The session brought real clarity to the intricacies of the VC world, covering everything from valuations and managing dilutions across funding series to cap table preparation and how venture capitalists evaluate start-up investment requests and equity offers. The content strikes the perfect balance between theory and real-world application, leaving me with the tools and frameworks needed to compete in this space. I attended the Venture Capital Job Simulation on the 10th of May, 2026. Sameer lucidly and cogently explained, amongst many things, how to put together equity cap tables and the valuation methods VC funds use. He made what could have been difficult concepts to easy-to-understand. I completed the seminar with a good understanding of the work VC analysts would do. I highly recommend others to do this course.

The experience is really great! The talker explained the DCF model in detail, and he added in many time between explanation for us to raise questions, so that he can ensure all audience can understand what he is talking about. The exercise was very detailed and included all steps of constructing a DCF model. This is a really good opportunity to jump out of text-booked valuation and construct a DCF model using real-life data and data research method.

Great workshop really got great insight to DCF valuations.

I signed up for NVIDIA's Valuation Masterclass and honestly it was one of the best decisions I've made for my finance journey. It gave me a clearer picture of what to focus on, not just the technical knowledge but also how markets actually work in reality. The second half was very hands-on where we pulled real data and learned how to read the numbers more accurately.
Highly recommend it to anyone looking to break into core finance!
