Mystical Service !
I ordered 20 packets of "mystical fire" as a Christmas present. 10 packets arrived within a few days, but then nothing. However, when I sent an e-mail querying where the other 10 were, I got a rapid, polite response promising to correct the mistake. The remaining packets arrived 2 days later. All-in-all I'm happy with the purchase and the (corrective) service.

With regards to the smell of the product, we are horrified with what you have reported. EXCELLENT SERVICE
Purchased an item from this company because another very well known 'online only' company had sold out. Not only was the service faultless, the item was actually cheaper, it was free postage and the item arrived within a couple of days. Will certainly be using CBK again. Thanks a million.

Picking error resolved without any fuss or bother
Having placed an order for two items the same, only one was picked and dispatched. A quick email to CKB had the error rectified next day. Packaging is sensible and fit for purpose, would happily recommend to others.
