Web site easy to navigate
Web site easy to navigate, even for us non tech folk. There was an issue with one of the trims being damaged in transit. One phone call to their customer service line and they arranged a replacement to be sent out same day for delivery. Person I spoke with very polite and professional.

Thanks for the review Nigel. Things can occasionally get damaged in transit when travelling through the courier network, but we are always happy to send replacements.
The service was amazing
The service was amazing from ordering to delivery I couldn't complain. The company was efficient and kept me informed via phone call with regards my delivery. I will definitely use again for our cladding needs 5 star

Great customer service
Great customer service, had an issue with some damage (due to the couriers lack of care), spoke to a lovely woman who arranged replacements which were delivered the next day ! Very speedy resolution

Hi Lisa, many thanks for the review! Things can happen in transit although it is rare, but when it happens we try and resolve things as quickly as we can for the customer.
Why would you only send 4 edging strips!?
Why would you only send 4 edging strips in a 60sq metre pack? It makes no sense & feels very stingy considering it cost nearly £1000.
I went on the website to buy 3 more edging strips & standard delivery is £30 & each strip is £10. Never shopping here again.

The packs do explain what they consist of and it does state "*Please note, packs are a guide and all projects are different and may require additions.".
The packs are heavily discounted and not all projects are the same and will require additions for example if your room has more corners or you are jointing more panels together or in your case capping more edges etc.
Hope this clarifies your concerns or if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

purchased some cladding for my camper van conversion, in Thunder Grey and White. The quality and finish is amazing. I didn’t think it would look that good seeing as I installed it myself! Thanks for sending me samples of the colours free of charge, I would have hated to get it wrong.

This elderly man (Managing director) blocked the road and approached my car in Guisborough aggressively calling me all sorts of names, demanding a fight, ive sent the footage to the police, his reviews speak for themselves, guy has a chip on his shoulder, luckily for him I stayed in my car, bless him he would of probably had a heart attack. Do not order from them....
