I’m genuinely disappointed with this company and wouldn’t recommend. The third delivery in a row, my order failed to arrive on time, and the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. Each time, I was left completely unsure whether the delivery was even coming, which made it impossible to plan meals or shop properly and I was left without meals. When you’re paying for a food service, this level of uncertainty is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I found a long hair in one of the meals. I had it ready to return to the driver, but once again there was a no‑show. For a company handling food, this is a serious quality issue.
After repeated delivery failures, poor communication, and a hygiene concern, I decided to cut my losses and not have any more hassle of sitting up waiting for them not to arrive. It’s a real shame, especially as the service came recommended but the overall experience has been abysmal. Save your money as they don’t offer refunds - other than offering to refund the one meal with a hair in which is an insult.

Love the meals, the calories counted are beautiful and under,500 calories per month. The customer support is always quick to reply and are so helpful. Might have to give the protein meals a go once this plan finishes.

My partner paid for 8 weeks worth of food our first order didn’t come on the day they said it would, when it arrived the food wasn’t all that great. Then we didn’t get any more deliveries after that my partner asked for a partial refund for the food we have not received and we would carry on in January we got a reply saying they would give us the partial refund and they never did we asked and again and got ignored so we asked for a full refund for the next months food as well as we did not want to carry on we were promised refunds on multiple different dates and we never received the money so we messaged again then they blocked us so we couldn’t get in touch about a refund very bad customer service and we are now down £500 for food we never received

I booked in for 8 weeks after 4 weeks I wanted to cancel due to deliveries not turning up. They advised me refund takes 14 days and still had no email when I message they just say they will look into it. Do not use this company. You will not receive the product then struggle to get a refund.

The customer service in this place is absolutely shocking. I did the 4 week deal and the first week it showed up at 3:30 when it was supposed to be between 5 & 9. The next delivery they sent me 2 higher calorie meal preps, the delivery after half of the containers had no stickers so I had no idea on the calories as they do not advertise the calories for the high calorie meals anywhere, after that again, half of the stickers were missing and today it hasn’t even turned up and they’ve said that it was advertised online there was not going to be a delivery until tomorrow. I checked and this was not on social media. Half of the time you get no response. I have no food for tonight and they don’t even care. Disgusting customer service. The evening meals are 90% plain boiled rice and a teaspoon of plain chicken. Can’t fault the lunches and breakfasts but some meals are so boring my dog wouldn’t touch them.

Absolutely amazing service, amazing food and incredible motivational support. Not only have I changed my appearance in 4 weeks but changed my lifestyle! Clean prep you have changed my life!!

Amazing - tried a many ways to lose weight and be healthy and this is the only thing that’s worked for me!! Food is delicious and the support from the guys is second to none!! Can’t recommend enough
