Easy to complete the questionnaires. user friendly and when I called Ariba right away knew what I need and same as the form the customer service rep is as easy to speak with. very knowledgeable. sometimes it makes me think if this is a too good to be true--- as everything was fairly easy. Also glad that I found this site because it's cheaper than the other quotes I got for Manulife
