Team 360 report - a useful tool to facilitate team understanding
I contacted Colin at Click 360 to ask about a team profile report - Colin was prompt and efficent and friendly and got things sorted and the team report is fantastic for teams really understanding what's working and what's holding them back. Highly recommended

I was introduced to Click 360 and found …
I was introduced to Click 360 and found it to be an extremely versatile and comprehensive 360 tool. It is easy to use, via the portal, and allows all the raters to add valuable supporting evidence. The reports are produced in 2 formats, the digital one with it's real time electronic workbook is first class and helps the individual commit to ongoing actions to change behaviour. Of all the 360 surveys I have used this is most definitely the best and is suitable for all sizes of organisations.

Excellent 360 Solution and Service
Colin, Jim and team provide an excellent, highly responsive service. We used Click-360 to deliver a solution at the most senior level of a large international bank, and their support and professionalism were excellent.

Excellent - Click 360!
After sourcing 360 appraisal suppliers, we choose TLC, from the start TLC have been professional and not pushy with their sales technique. TLC are great to do business with, they are approachable and friendly. We had a very tight turnaround and they were able to deliver within the time scales.
We used Click-360 and very impressed with how easy and simple it is to use. The reports are very comprehensive and easy to read.
The team were always available on the end of the phone and were responsive to our needs. TLC are value for money and would highly recommend then.

We'll be using Click-360 again
We used Click-360 for the first time this year after a change from our usual provider. We were so impressed with how easy they were to do business with and how the end online digital reports looked.
The team were able to deliver to tight deadlines and updated us throughout the whole process.
The portal itself was also very simple to use and I was able to pull out reports with just a simple click.
They also provided great value for money and we will be most definitely using them again next year.
