Clockwork were just brilliant from start to finish. Joanne in the office handled everything with a restful, friendly super-efficiency, Ryan on the site visit was incredible, putting all my nervousness and fears at ease as he explained how it would all be co-ordinated as my first time completing sale and purchase on one day, and then the team of three who arrived even earlier than expected so I didn’t need to worry and worked with patience, politeness, understanding and skill - even though I am now on second floor and they had hundreds of boxes to bring up. I honestly cannot thank them enough, no problems whatsoever and amazingly priced for all that expertise and care.

Cheerful efficient removers, despite making a mistake and taking something that should have been left!
Speedy but careful with more delicate items. Shame they couldn’t have been around when we needed to get rid of empty boxes!

We were happy with the service provided from the quoting and information stage to the guys who moved everything on the day. Everyone we spoke to was helpful in answering our queries and organising what we needed. On the day the guys were absolutely fabulous. Such cheery positive attitudes whilst carrying and manoeuvring all of our furniture and belongings! They kept us smiling and were very efficient in their work too. We are glad we chose Clockwork and would highly recommend them!

A reliable,efficient company with staff that make the move, as stressful as it is, literally go like clockwork. The office staff are helpful and reassuring and the lads on the day were amazing. Both me and my elderly mum, separately, have used the Sheffield branch to move from Derbyshire to Greater Manchester. I would highly recommend them.

The staff I've dealt with have had no respect for my property at all. I had stuff in storage & received it back the the house 2 weeks ago. Everything was so slap dash it was unbelievable. Everything was just thrown into the room with no care. Would never recommend this company.

The removal men were fantastic, but despite taking out insurance for cancellations and delays, I was contacted by phone from the office to be told the insurance expired at 3 o'clock, I didn't get keys until 4.45.
Had I not received keys by five I would have had to book into a hotel, which would have been cheaper than the excess I had to pay.

If I had the keys earlier the move would have been five star.

Plentiful packaging provided for our move with uplift and delivery arrangements that suited us perfectly. The crew were very helpful & friendly putting furniture and boxes in the rooms requested which made unpacking a good bit less stressful. We would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to move home as painlessly as possible. Thanks again guys!

Alan and the team were great from start to finish. They made the whole move completely hassle free and were friendly, efficient, and professional throughout. Everything was handled with care, and the process felt smooth and well organised. Would definitely recommend!

I really appreciated the communication from requesting a quote all the way to signing that everything had been moved. It was helpful to have an initial visit to get an accurate estimate of the amount being moved so there were no surprises on the day. The two ‘Jamies’ who did my move showed up promptly and made me feel really comfortable and safe. They had everything loaded securely within an hour (including dismantling my bed) despite the fact I was still cleaning around them! Our timing was magic getting to the new home and again everything was in the house and bed made up within the hour. They were conscious to ask me if I wanted boxes in specific rooms and made a point of taking heavier items upstairs for me.
Made the day so much less stressful for me having a couple of calm presences - thank you!

We contract Clockremolvals and Storage we contract the Insurance for eventual issues and they damage our new fridge and said it’s our fault because we packaged……unbelievable
