Hace mas de 1 mes que hice el pedido pagando 4,99€ para que el envio fuese urgente y a fecha de hoy no he recibido nada.

-La calidad del producto es mala. No se parece a las fotos que muestran.
-Han tardado como 3 semanas en llegar y según el mail de contacto no tenían noticias de nuestro pedido.
-En proceso para hacer la devolución, 15 días han pasado y aun estamos esperando noticias......

Todo un despropósito.
Muy mala experiencia!!!!!
No recomiendo que compréis.

Je n'ai reçu aucunes informations concernant mon colis.
Après 10 jours sans nouvelles et le prélèvement effectuée j'ai envoyé un mail pour savoir où en était mon colis. Réponse 4 jours après , pour m'entendre dire que la dernière paire était défectueuse et qu'ils allaient me rembourser dans les 3 à 5 jours, 15 jours après, et maintes sollicitations par mails, et je n'ai toujours rien reçu!!!!!!
Cadeaux de Noël gâché..!! Je suis en Colère......

My daughter ordered a pair of shoes and got a wrong pair. We returned it and haven't heard from Cloggs since then though we have sent them several e-mails.
Really bad experience.

A month ago I ordered dr.Martins shoes from the danish section of this company 800 d.kr..They confirm my order. 4 days later they cashed the money from my account. I haven`t got any shoes yet but several mails from the EU-company. Referring to the mail:"Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay with your refund. Unfortunately our accounts team has informed us that due to an unexpected technical problem with the system we would use to refund your order, we are experiencing further delays processing your refund". compre con cloggs desde españa. a los dos dias me enviaron un correo diciendome que la furgoneta que traia mi pedido se habia estropeado y que habian devuelto mi mercancia. hable con uno de los asistentes y para preguntarle por mi dinero pues ya me lo habian descontado de mi banco y me aseguro que ya habia sido devuelto y que me lo cargarian al banco en breves. todavia sigo esperando....no compren a esta empresa son unos estafadores!

Habe mir dort günstiger original UGG Boots bestellt. Bestellung Dienstag mittag per Internet getätigt, kostenlose Lieferung bereits Donnerstag morgen aus England nach Deutschland!!! So schnell ist sonst noch nicht mal ein Brief von Düsseldorf nach Köln...
Bei einem Paar gefiel mir die Farbe nicht - kein Problem: deutschsprachige Hotline angerufen, sofort kostenlose Abholung per DHL organisiert. Absoluter Top-Service, selten sowas erlebt!!! Dringend weiter zu empfehlen!
