Signed up without even knowing, to supposedly get £20 cashback on something I bought. Was supposed to receive an email code which never came so couldn't claim the 20 and in the meantime was charged £19 for joining. Not impressed.

was legally registered and was earning income. Before the change to Luvi, I had requested a payout to my account and continued using their services. The payment was cancelled by them and my account was blocked. Later, support told me that I had to register again. They appropriated the money before the rules changed, kept it for themselves, and blocked me. A pile of shit.

I absolutely love Luvi! I joined when it was originally club fans but it has become part of my monthly income and has made it 20x easier to reach out to members and fans😍

this app was good at first, but now DON'T trust them. it took them 20 days to give me my money one time, and now I'm running into yet another issue where I have a sufficient balance but the manual payout option literally isn't there so my money's just sitting in the account for NOTHING, and for some reason they made a change to where you have to keep confirming your bank information I ALREADY DID THAT WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP, why are they making you reconfirm your bank information and when I do that it says "thanks for your submission" but takes me back to the same screen and nothing actually happens. I've emailed them they just came up with excuses saying "you haven't posted in a while" my last post was literally a week ago and I posted again just to confirm it's not the fact that I haven't posted it's that they're running a shitty ass app that purposely holds your funds. I've been a creator on this app for years now and all fo a sudden I need to confirm my bank information again for what ?? don't download this app you're better off one something else these people don't care about their creators getting their share at ALL. my payout once got delayed 20 days because they changed their payroll provider and didn't tell any of the creators. I've had too many damn issues with this app I remember multiple times I was supposed to get my money on a certain day but didn't and had to email them & then all of a sudden my money shows up, so they're definitely in control of your money but pretend they're not. these people are scammers.

Aucun moyen de retirer sa carte de crédit, se permet d'activer des abonnements sans ton consentement et sans que tu le saches, tu decouvres juste que tu as été prélevé sur ton compte bancaire. Même après plusieurs messages leur expliquant le problème de A à Z, ils prennent même pas le temps de lire et envoi juste des réponses copiés collés en nous disant qu'ils ne vont pas nous rembourser. Faites attention si vous ne voulez pas avoir de mauvaises surprises.

Total Scam I only created my account and without asking me permission for NOTHING they started charging me for premium or plus whatever TF they call it, when everyapp tells you if its a free trial and your going to be charged before, I lost $25 in their scam, please take care of your money and dont ever put your card in here!!

This site is a scam. Cancelled my membership, and they not only keep charging me, but they are DOUBLE BILLING ME for TWO memberships every month.

Support is unwilling to help or even acknowledge that my membership in cancelled or stop charging me.

I have reported them to my credit card company and in the process of disputing the charges.

Stay away from this site!

Club fans has been withholding over $2500.00 from me since January of 2024. Every time I reach out, they have made several excuses, such as "new insurance policy" and "you need more subscribers" and "the minimum payout is $90.00" when I have far exceeded the minimum balance. It has been an increasing struggle to receive my earnings from my creative content and have any basic form of communication. I just received an email today that I have somehow violated Terms of Service when I do zero inappropriate content and they have removed me from the platform and have basically stolen my income and claim that they are going to withhold funds and until June 6 and give me any of my "remaining" balance around this date. This is absolutely absurd. I have never been more disappointed in a content creator website and to think of how many other content creators come to a platform to make an independent income from their art, only to be devastated by the sour, greedy and money hungry individuals who didn't actually create the app from any pure intentions for content creators.

they will not respond to emails, instagram dms, or the help chat within the app. they are withholding over $500 from me for “insurance” reasons. they don’t care about their creators and this review is the only way i can hopefully get their attention.

Scammers. They withhold funds and make every excuse to not make payment this “platform” is similar to a dark web exit scam. I don’t believe they ever had intentions to pay to begin with.

It good platform for earning money online.there is no payment delay for creators.user friendly.high security level in general its perfect app

This app is scam. I haven't even subscribed to a paid membership but they still charged me for nothing. When you ask for a refund, they say they cannot because you already had access to the content even though you haven't asked for it. Worst platform and worst customer service ever. If you don't want to be scammed, then don't even create an account on this app.

Someone hacked our account and when trying to get them to refund the money, they stated they couldn't. The username or "creator" name they gave us didn't match anything we use. Terrible service, and not willing to help. Our bank had to file a dispute and I let them know that the card used has been canceled. I asked if they could flag the account that was created for misuse/invalid since it was part of a hack, they refused. Still hoping we can get our $99 back since we clearly did not set up the membership or subscription. Its been an awful 72 hours, with no help from them. They also only offer email correspondence, which is also not great and completely AI generated responses. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this type of issue.

We have been content creators for over 3 years and are on platforms like fansly, loyal fans and the like Blakeandtaylor . We gave this platform 3 weeks and uploaded everyday and received followers everyday. We responded to every single followers add. Not one follower responded back even though it’s free to. After looking at every follower we found that they have not logged back on since they added us. This means they are all fake accounts. I also believe all of these positive reviews are fake. We reached out to support for tips on how to better ourselves and asked for a non generic answer and what do we receive…a generic answer. Ive seen on here where people talk about Rian the supposed owner of this platform being so helpful. I e literally emailed/messaged this guy and no response from him. I would suggest not signing up for this platform unless you want to wonder what’s happening to your content . 3 weeks in here and not 0.01 has been made. Nothing. Also their “AI” description writer is t really an ai tool because it generates the same three messages every time that don’t even make sense to what you are replying to. We deleted our account
