They offer Cruise Rewards over $10k but when trying to use them, you only get discount. Can’t use $10k for cruises. WTF!! A discount!! So $10k is really worth 1 dollar. What a joke.
We booked a cruise with club freedom and upgraded our membership in order to get cheaper prices and more benefits. We were using 2 of their travel agents but now both extensions and the website are Invalid!!!!
We were sold on the premise that their was NO resort fee and that was a perk we would not receive if we booked directly with a resort. Moreover, we are paying twice the amount through Club Freedom instead of going direct to the resort.Please do not waste your money on such a shoddy, low class business.. WE did call Club Freedom to resolve this and was passed around SEVEN times!!! with "sorry there is nothing we can do"
This company mails lots of misleading advertisements that encourage current customers to call to upgrade without really knowing what your original program offers. I had a gentleman tell me that the mailer VIP promotion could only be used 3 days after I received which was worthless and another flyer had free 1 year rollover. The rep laughed and stated "Yeah that wouldn't apply to you since you just started your membership. Do you have vacation plans you want to book?"
No Response for Fraudulent Activity.
Somehow, someone else booked a week at a resort with our account. They initially called it a system glitch. A month later, after numerous calls, after numerous assurances that a supervisor would call back within 5-8 hours, still nada.
Club Freedom offers an expensive concierge travel with lots of offerings, but fails on delivery. As it turns out, my main contact, Harry Brown, was very attentive and returned calls and answered every question. However, after the 10 day cancellation period, crickets. It turns out, Harry Brown isn't his real name. What a fraudster.
In reality, Club Freedom is in the travel business, but the contract for the this high priced travel service does not compel them to deliver anything. And Mr. Harry Brown or whom ever he is, delivers nothing.
I will write further as I try to get some value for the monies I spent.
