Coastal Paddle Boards Opiniões 

I want to say that the customer service from coastal paddle boards is "TOP CLASS".
I messaged them on 4 occasions and have always had a speedy reply.
When I placed my order it did say that delivery would be 5-15 days. Obviously I didn't take any notice of the bit that said 15 day. This was exactly when it arrived and the customer service had confirmed this would probably be the case.

I would certainly buy from you guys again and I will also be a lot more patient next time.

Well I finally got the goods I'd ordered. Long delivery time but they do say that when you place your order. Nice people and quality of the goods is excellent, exactly what I wanted, the buoyancy aid is so light and well made, cant wait to get out on the paddleboard

Avoid, shockingly bad. I purchased life jackets over 2 weeks, Tracking info is a con, refusing refund, Like other reviews on here Royal mail getting the blame. It's not Royal mail it's you! Seriously regret buying from them, never again. Much more honest and trustworthy retailers, so pleas don't be scammed by these fraudsters and shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately I can't write a good review as my experience hasn't been good. I ordered from the company on the 10th June. Item hasn't arrived and had 1 email to say it on its way. Tracking number isn't valid. And not had a reply to 2 emails I have sent. Not good to be fair 😕

Very happy with paddle boards. Lived up to the description in every way. Great size with tough exterior. Sturdy & comes with everything you need. Easy to inflate & deflate
Only complaint is it fits in the bag only just & straps likely to break but great value for your money

Still waiting for our buoyancy aid jackets to arrive…..no communication or updates

My order has not arrived after 14 days with a promise of 3 to 7. Emailed company twice have still not had an answer why it is taking so long.
Very poor customer service.
