We placed an order on 2/25/26 and still haven't received the order. It was supposed to take 7 - 15 business days - and not a special order. It has been 7 weeks! They have provided excuse after excuse. Not worth the headache of ordering from this company. They processed the payment right away but they aren't interested in getting you the product.

I ordered my wedding day shoes from this site and I was contacted several times to make sure the shoes were exactly what I was looking for. They were custom made, so it took a month, but they were absolutely perfect when they arrived. Super affordable and good quality!!

I had a great experience with Cocomelody's custom order! I had originally purchased two wedding dresses in their general sizes thinking it would be better for alterations, but found that alterations would be almost double the cost of the dress. I was given a partial refund when I reached out as one dress fit perfect but the other did not. I loved the look of the second dress so much though that I decided to give custom sizing a try...

And my stylist Ella was beyond amazing! From the start of my order she reached out for more specifics regarding my measurements having noted my previous order history. I did remeasure probably five different times and even sent pictures with tape measure across myself, but it was well worth the time as the new dress was resized amazingly! Minor alterations are still needed, but at a fraction of the original quote.

I would highly recommend custom sizing!

In 2021 I had my first bride with a Cocomelody dress. It was custom made, gorgeous and affordable by most custom dress standards. I began referring them frequently and even had the opportunity to work with them. They featured a few of my weddings on their blogs.

In 2025, a bride of mine brought one of their listings to my attention because it seemed "off." She was right to be suspicious - this listing was clearly a photograph ran through AI to change the background and model's face. I did some further digging, and found that there are dozens of listings just like this on their website. On a simple Google reverse image search on a few of these photos, I found that Cocomelody was stealing designs from at least six different designers (likely more!)

Over the past several months, I have been trying to get in contact with someone at Cocomelody to give me an explanation about this. I've only received one response from Ella with their Online Stylist Team who stated that "AI-generated images have become the mainstream standard in our industry, which is why we rely on them." As a bridal photographer myself, this is entirely FALSE. The bridal industry is not advertising with AI, because that would be fraud.

Ella completely ignored half of my email, which was asking for confirmation if they are partnered with these brands whose dresses they are showing in the suspicious listings. After half a dozen emails being ignored, I have taken it upon myself to reach out to those other designers. So far two of those designers have gotten back with me confirming that they have NO PARTNERSHIP with Cocomelody and that these listings are FRAUDULENT.

This used to be a wonderful bridal company. Unfortunately, they have decided to change their ethics and have fake listings on their website. You can find some of the people who have fallen victim to these fake listings in the other reviews on their website, Yelp, and Reddit. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR GOWN FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was really stressed when I placed the order, but I still had hope because my cousin had already ordered from this website. She told me it was reliable. Yesterday, I received my dress and it was absolutely stunning — even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures on the website. I’m so, so happy! On top of that, it was very affordable compared to prices elsewhere. Honestly, I’m extremely grateful. Girls, don’t hesitate — trust me!

The dress is perfect! The customer service help was amazing!!

They protect themselves with their return policy. No shoes can be returned. What happens when you order your correct shoe size, and the pair you receive is at least a size too small??? You eat it. $55 for shoes that were misrepresented! So, if you like throwing your $$ away, order here.

I never recieved the dress and my event has now passed. They shipped a 200 dollar dress with a shipping company that has a 1 star review with trust pilot. They keep saying it will come but has not provided a valid shipping number to confirm and wont give me a refund.

Would not recommend this store to anyone. From what I can tell they used to be fine when they had a store front in Cali, but now they are terrible. Shipping takes forever and in the case you need to return - good luck. It’s been a month since I submitted mine and still nothing. Most likely going to have to eat the $150.

Please careful regarding return policy. They say you can return but make it difficult. The dress i purchased was lovely but simply the wrong size. I made sure to purchase a 'stock' size just incase it wasn't true to size. I tried to exchange it but do to hassle I'm out of time for the event I have. Frustrating

I was nervous about ordering my dream wedding dress online, but when I saw my dress at an incredible price I had to give it a chance. The communication was always fast, and they helped with my many questions. The dress is exactly as shown online and so stunning in person. The custom measurements fit me almost perfectly. My only complaint was in the cup size it was far too large for my small chest and I had to get creative for a proper fit. It was so stunning in person and on and I received so many compliments. Plus I ordered it on a short tomeline and received my dress within a month, a huge stress relief. If you see your dream dress on cocmelody, get it! You will not be disappointed.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are in China and you will have a very difficult time returning the dress if you don't like it or it doesn't fit. The dress I purchased looked great in the photos, but the fit was horrible when I got it - not at all like what the photo showed. It's like the top of the dress was a completely different size than the bottom of the dress and it would take a complete tear apart and resewing to get it to fit - if I even liked it enough to do that (which I don't). When I asked about returning the dress, I am now getting the run around and they are not providing me with the address where I can return the dress to. They want to offer $40 as a refund to go towards alteration on a dress that would need to be completely redone - and as I said I don't even like it that much to do the alterations (particularly now that I'm having these issues with what should be a simple return). Just be warned that if you don't love the dress - you'll have just thrown your money away with a purchase here.

I was really hoping to have a good experience with Cocomelody as I read some great reviews. However, the jumpsuit I ordered did not come as expected at all. It was not the quality that was shown and the sizing was completely off. I contacted customer service immediately, and while they were super nice, their return policy is in fact not hassle-free at all and is very misleading. I am still waiting for cooperation with the return and am losing almost $100 because of them.

Buyer Beware!!
Plan on waiting weeks and weeks for your order. The product clearly comes from China. However, their website shows a local store giving the illusion that it’s an American company.
I ordered the outfits two sizes up because I’ve heard that when ordering wedding clothing it’s best to size up. I received the order late and their sizing is clearly off. I ordered a size 8 and received a size 0. I immediately emailed them to ask for instructions for the return process. I’ve sent close to 15 emails and I’ve received no instructions on how to return for a refund. They are difficult to communicate with and not holding up their end of their return agreement. A company you can not trust

Cocomelody is not a scam. I was a bride on a budget and have browsed JJHouse, Azazie, Lulus and other affordable options, but Cocomelody's designs appealed to me the best. But what really earned my trust was their customer service. I inquired additional pictures to see details of a dress and got a very polite reply right away. They also sent a timeline of when they go on sale which I took advantage of. They will also refer you to a Facebook page of other real Cocomelody brides and shoppers who give reviews and advices, which is a wonderful community.

I am big on details and the dress I bought didn't disappoint. They use quality fabric, and the sewing is well done. My mom is a seamstress and she approved. I just recently sent them wedding photos, and they were respectful enough to ask my social media handle and my photographer to give credit before they post it. So yes, they are totally legit and trustworthy.

I bought my wedding dress and it was stunning. The zipper wouldn’t zip all the way up but that was only because I didn’t send my exact measurements. I sent them an email explaining my dilemma and they responded with such kindness and gave me several options for a solution, including a percentage of my money refunded to me even though it was more so my fault it didn’t fit-NOT theirs. I found out I could just take it to get it altered so I decided to just do that but I will definitely be shopping here again!!!!

Fantastic customer service easy to communicate with, and my dress was exactly as described! I’m beyond excited to wear it on my big day. Highly recommend!
