Got a Sjambok from them months ago seen a fault with it got in touch with them and they sent me a replacement straight away got it the next day can't get better service than that

I ordered the Cold steel rubber recon tanto training knife for
Ju-Jitsu training.
There was no difficulties with the transaction, very good communication, and the knife arrived the following day via Royal mail so was fully trackable.
The knife was very well packaged, it's very detailed in its design.
I fully recommend Cold steel and thank you for your excellent service.

Ordered my Scottish Dirk Tuesday 28/1/25 Early hours in the morning and it arrived 29/1/25 at about 12:30PM Honestly it's been the quickest delivery I've ever had if im being honest! Also it was my first time ordering from Cold Steel UK! And i will be back again in future to continue building my collection! Thank you Cold Steel UK I am one very happy customer!;) The Scottish dirk is absolutely beautiful and really put a smile on my face thinking of my ancestors who would've wielded one themselves! make's me feel a proud scot's man to own one in this day and age! I have brought a few bits for my husband for Christmas and now his birthday is here so the first place I went to is this fab company, nothing is too much trouble and fast delivery. I have even spoken to a guy on the phone and he helped me with a query I had and we had a bit of a laugh aswell 😂 thank you!

I've own a few cold steel products now for a good while,they are great quality knives and more! for all your needs! Customer services team are great and and helpful. 10/10.

They didn't send one of the machetes I ordered. Emailed with no responses and my call conveniently keeps getting dropped.

Recently made a mistake with an order I made with these guys, and they honestly went above and beyond to make it right.

They arranged for the items to be returned at a reasonable rate compared to what the post office was charging, and done everything in their power to help me through the process.

The customer service is excellent on both the phone and through email. Very helpful, understanding and kind.

I have been a customer for years but have only ever had to make this one return and it was both easy and well handled by their staff.

I would also highly recommend this company for all your needs in regard to their products, which are far superior to those offered by their competitors.

I've made several purchases from Cold Steel UK. All have been dispatched promptly and received within 24 hrs. Any questions have been answered swiftly. This latest purchase was no exception. The order was placed on the 7th September and received on the 8th. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

Not great delivery options, I understand royal mail won't accept any bladed items anymore plus to even get maybe next day delivery the order has to be completed by 11am which seems very early. Ordered 2 items on the 22nd and will have to wait till the 27th for delivery. They told me delivery was Monday knowing full well it was going to be a bank holiday. 5 days seems a bit excessive when an item is coming from the UK itself. I think I'll go back to Heinnie.com they have impeccable customer service.

The Gothic Mace I purchased broke after a couple of gentle whacks, and lo and behold it even breaks on Cold Steel's own YouTube video!

This being the case, I wrongly assumed that Cold Steel would admit their product was faulty and refund my money to me.

They have, however, completely ignored me.

After years of shopping with them it's a real kick in the teeth.

If I can be bothered I will pursue the matter via the small claims court.

Definitely NOT recommended.

I had problems with the delivery for a wedding present which was a combination of delivery company and probably the people who were going to recieve it.

Nothing to do with Coldsteel, yet Tony from customer services pursued this relentlessly for me and was absolutely awesome. Issue was resolved and I think this man deserves a medal and pay rise. Me and my brother have been customers since it first was available in the UK, and will be for a long long time after this.

Trust this company they put customers at the heart of their business.

The staff are very welcoming, very professional and informative. Premises is spotlessly clean. I was made to feel very comfortable. Came away with alot of after care information about my piercing plus some cleaning fluid. The pricing is very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They're goid at what they do. In my opinion, they're probably one of the best piercing/tattooing shops in London.

Got sent wrong item, massive headache to return as i dont own a printer. Shame as i was looking to buy more items in the future, i wont be bothering now.
