My experience with Bernadette (and let's not forget Umair), was absolutely fantastic.

From the very beginning, they were both so kind and accommodating, doing everything they could to help me move in as soon as possible, which I was incredibly grateful for.

Their professionalism and support continued throughout my tenancy, but what truly stood out was the move-out process. They were even more helpful when I was leaving, offering me all the support I needed and making a typically stressful situation feel completely manageable. It's rare to find a team that is so dedicated to helping at both the beginning and the end of a tenancy.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bernadette is not any normal Estate Agent - she takes full ownership and provides transparency at every stage of interactions. She has a knack of getting in your shoes and think on your behalf. I was evaluating to invest at Southbank Tower- and my experience was very good. I’d happily engage with her again and recommend her services to any prospective buyer or tenant.

Bernadette was extremely supportive throughout the whole process of selling our house in Waterloo. She has a deep knowledge of the Southbank area, being a local herself. She was always helpful, responsive and generous in providing advice and recommending contacts if and when necessary such as an excellent solicitor. In particular her liaison between us and the buyer was excellent. Bernadette gives a professional service, yet attentive, personal and with kindness.

When we decided to rent out our apartment in the Southbank Tower we were positively surprised how easy it was. Umair Muhammad made sure that everything was processed properly.
