Thank you for your review. The chargeable items in addition to the commission rate is for additional services like inventory, check in and check out, Tenant referencing etc and is what we are charged by the third party supplier.

Had some electricity issues and the agency took responsibility since the beginning and helped sort out the issue in an expedite manner. Special thanks to Afzal who was monitoring the situation constantly until sorted.
