Ordered contacts express shipping, NOT ARRIVED STILL
Ordered contacts express shipping. Gets told standard takes 4-10 days but I never said nor paid less for standard, I clearly said and it clearly states in transaction that I purchased express shipping. Have no received my item, and the tracking journey is all over the place going back and forth further from my location. If I ever buy from this site again I will never be doing express. I definitely deserve a partial refund but not bothering with it.

I love the lenses but one of them was the wrong color
I love the lenses but one of them was the wrong color. My order was three tones green but I got a black lens. The other two orders were correct so it is bit of a shame.

Wonderful customer service
Unfortunately one of the items I purchased wasn't in stock. I received an email the very next day saying so and was offered a different set at the same price or a full refund. Service was prompt and friendly.

Quick and Friendly Service
I was contacted by ColourVUE shortly after purchasing my contact lenses because the colour I wanted was sold out. I was offered alternatives that were the same price but I didn't quite like the colours so I suggested another pair which was slightly cheaper and within a day they had shipped out my new order of contact lenses and refunded the difference in the pay. It just took a little while for my refund to come through but otherwise they were very quick to reply to my emails and answered all my questions. Will purchase from this website again for more contact lenses in the future

I’m glad I was able to get my replacement lenses by today (I don’t go out without them in), but I was very disappointed that one of the previous lenses had split while in place, causing irritation and pain. I truly hope it doesn’t happen again. I only leave the house once a fortnight, so excessive stress on the lenses is no excuse.

Fast shipping reasonable prices and have a wide variety of lenses to choose from, only thing is it is hard to tell is that one of the lenses I got does look a little different from the image the other one I got perfectly matches the image and what I expected.
