Impossible to see their flats
I called to have a viewing in one of their flats available in my budget and requirements, the lady on the phone told me it was available and that I had to give her some information about me on the phone...
I did and as soon as I said that I was 28 years old and Italian, she immediately changed her story and told me that the flat was not available. What?
I don't know if it's xenophobia or something else, but the seriousness of this agency baffles me.
Apart from the fact that they never replied to even one of my visit requests via BoligPortal.

The majority of our tenants are expats of all ages and nationalities.
I overheard my colleagues conversation with you, and I did not hear her say that the apartment was not available. I heard her say that we have great interest in this specific apartment, and that we would get back if we could offer you a showing. I am sorry if you heard it differently.
The market is difficult for tenants right now with a shortage of affordable apartments and I understand your frustration.
You wrote to us on BoligPortal on Monday afternoon and you called us on Tuesday morning. After 2 days of having this apartment on the market we have 300+ interested tenants. Needless to say, it is not possible to answer everybody the same day since we spend considerable ressources going through them.
While we certainly would have considered you for either this property or one our similar ones, I imagine that you are no longer interested.

De varmeste anbefalinger!!!
Vi har haft Comfort Housing til at udleje for os 5 gange nu, og vi er super tilfredse med forløbet. De er top professionelle, hurtige og dygtige til at kommunikere.
Prisen er fair og vi føler at vi får rigtig meget for pengene. Vi bruger dem også næste gang vi skal have udlejet.

Hele processen med Elisabeth har været fantastisk god. Løbende fuldt op og hurtigt fundet en god lejer. Comfort Housing kan varmt anbefales.
