Exceptional customer service

It was my first time using this website. Customer service representative was very nice and helpful. Delivery team worked very professional. I got a discount for paying in cash. Very satisfied with my new furniture Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs! NIghtmare!

Ordered a couch online they took the money but I never received an email.
I emailed them and asked about confirmation. I explained I needed to know when delivery is because I'm in a wheel chair and need to have someone move my current furniture.

They said they sent an email to my address (that forwards) that the couch had been sold out and removed from the site. Then they wanted me to take a "lesser value" couch.
I politely said no thank you and asked for a refund. Heard nothing back.

Paid with paypal and opened a contact dispute.

I received a call from Paul who proceeded to be nasty with me about requesting a refund through pay pal.He said I'm not emailing them , but yet he answered my first email about delivery so how are you getting no emails from me. He refused to refund my money until I dropped the dispute . I , of course, refused. You are trying to bait and switch me with a couch and you want me to drop the dispute so you can keep my money? Not a chance!

He proceeded to cuss me out using the "F" word over and over, told me I was nuts for not taking the couch and told me to go check into the hospital.

I finally began screaming and yelling at the guy as he continued to cuss me out. I asked him several times is this the way you conduct business? He replied "Yea it is" So here is the way I do business. I had my 6'3" 265 lbs former Pro Wrestling husband call him and tell him he's on his way there to get my refund in person. Guess who got a refund in less than 5 minutes?
YEP he bullied a woman but not so much my husband.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE! They are the WORST in customer service! They tried to bait and switch me! They take advantage of the handicapped. They have no respect for woman, and were going to keep my money until threatened.

Hey Paul- maybe YOU need to check into an anger management program.

Horrible Company

What a HORRIBLE shopping experience. I suggest that you DO NOT consider purchasing with this company as they false advertise. They do not honor what their website says. I ordered a sectional couch shipping to PA. In the shopping cart it allows you to enter your zip code to calculate the shipping cost. The shipping clearly showed FREE. I proceeded with the order. About an hour later I received an email from "Paul" stating that they do not ship to my area for free and it will be a $179 delivery fee! I simply replied to this email with a screenshot of my cart showing that it stated delivery was FREE. He was extremely rude in his reply and refused to honor what the website claimed. After several emails back and forth, without my consent, he decided to cancel my order. I was extremely frustrated at this point and called the customer service line. To my luck, Paul answered the phone. Apparently he is the only person that works there as he stated he was the manager too. I find this hard to believe as he does not know how to treat a customer. He offered to reinstate my order after I regrettable accepted the delivery fee of $179. He then asked if i needed delivery and assembly or just delivery. He explained to me that delivery and set up would take a little longer as they would need to send two drivers to my location for set up. I was willing to opt for just a delivery, not assembly, but he was going to charge me the same rate of $179 just for delivery. Does this make sense?? Why would someone pay $179 for just delivery when its the same price for delivery AND assembly. This is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I DID NOT reinstate my order and I will NEVER purchase from this website again. I recommend that you DO NOT spend your hard working money on this company. They false advertise and lie. Absolutely HORRIBLE!

Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct

The bed broke and Paul, the owner, will not even honor their warranty and contact the manufacturer. I have only had the bed for a few months. If I had read the reviews on other websites, I would have never made a purchase with this bad company that has absolutely no customer service and poor overall quality.

Great service!

I was hesitant to order a chair from this company because I'd never heard of them...but the price was great...it arrived within days...the delivery guys actually called to see if they could bring it a day early and then brought it inside, removed all the packaging and set it up within about 2 minutes.

I would definitely buy from them again!

Excellent Service

Excellent service from customer service to delivery guys. They assembled my furniture really fast and did a great job!!! Customer service always got right back to me if I had any questions.

PUT YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a sofa & loveseat online and when they came they were leather not fabric. I called the same day and they were closed, so I called Monday and they said they can not return since the boxes were gone even though I was going to buy new couches from them in another color and fabric. The guy who was on the phone with my was very stubborn and had no sense of customer service. Now I am stuck with these couches and can not return them. PUT YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY.

Great Price and Great service!

Saved approx $500 ordering same sofa as elsewhere online through Comfyco!!
they emailed me 2 days prior to delivery to ensure day and time was ok.
excellent experience with Comyco would shop again and would recommend!!

Additional costs for delivery & poor quality

I was called prior to delivery to be notified of when the sofa was arriving, which was great because I could ensure I was home. However, when the sofa arrived I was told I had to pay an additional $30 for the delivery men to carry it up the stairs? And I had to ask them to assemble it which they looked a bit annoyed about.

The sofa itself is very poor quality - the cushions don't even fit the sofa properly.

Fast service

I ordered the Athens Storage Bed and it was a great value, as it included shipping and assembly. It said that they will email you 2 days before the proposed delivery date to confirm, which they did, and they will call you 30 minutes before they arrive, which they did.

My delivery was scheduled on Friday between 2pm - 6pm, and I got a call about 10 min before 1pm, and they asked if they can come around 1:30pm, which was great that they were coming earlier. But, they ended up arriving a bit after 2pm (Friday traffic can get you unexpectedly).

After they arrived, they finished within 40 minutes, which was super fast. I could actually tell that they were really wanting to finish as quick as possible and get out of here (it was Friday afternoon... I could understand totally). The thing was, they were in such hurry, they almost forgot to put couple of pieces on the bed, thank goodness they saw it when they went back into the bedroom to show us how to use the storage part of the bed.

After that, they quickly left, leaving all the cardboard and trash. I was not sure if they were supposed to take them or not.. Also, as soon as they arrived and went into the bedroom, they turn on the AC unit without asking (it was a cool day and the window was still open). So we went in to close the window. We didn't mind, but isn't it the polite thing to do to ask if it is ok to turn on the AC???

Other than that, the bed is great, looks and functions nicely, and the service (delivery and assembly) was really fast, we are happy with the bed.

Great experience, highly recommended!

With Comfyco I had the best furniture buying experience of my life. First of all, they were able to help me find everything I needed at the same time. I was surprised everything was in stock and I did not have to wait for anything. Also, got a great discount and had it delivered right the next day. I could not be a happier customer and would highly recommend this seller to anyone!

Great...

Ordered a small sofa with chaise....it is just as pictured and, for its small size, is comfortable. It was delivered as promised. The delivery team assembled the piece in record time. I am very pleased with the item purchased and with the Comfyco people. I would recommend this company,

Found this website based on friends recommendation, great prices basically, and free delivery to Brooklyn! Was surprised, got my ordered sofa in 3 days and w/ free delivery you can't beat it. Great service!
