I first reached out to customer service about the ordering process and methods of payment. The response was fast, extremely helpful, and kind. The order process was seamless and it felt as though my order was a priority as I got a shipping notification the same day!

I ordered a new cover for our comfy sac but wasn’t sure what size we have. We’ve had this one for many years, it’s in great shape and we’re only looking for a color change. I called in after hours and left a message. When I received the return call the next morning the person immediately identified themselves and said they were returning my call. I appreciated that because I frequently get spam calls from other places and didn’t recognize the number. I’m glad I picked up. Looking forward to our new cover.

First - My communications spanned over 12 days with Comfy Sacks from order to completion. The only reason it was that long was that there was an issue with the order. Though there was an issue (it's unknown if it's their fault or the shipper's fault since the box had a split in it), each communication was quick and precise. The problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction and they did exactly as they said they would - there was no question as to their plan and honesty.

Second - Do what they say!! Let the sack rest for a full four days and fluff it over that time. It's perfect. Though I didn't need it, if there are any issues with having enough stuffing, they will send more out. I will definitely be calling them if we find there are any issues and I KNOW they will support. I have no doubt at all.

Third (and most important) - Oh my word! I bought the 5ft sack and the ottoman in white fur. It's amazing!! I put it under my daughter's new loft bed. Though it takes most of the available space since she has a built-in bookcase, it is perfect. I'm not sure she is EVER going to leave her room. It has become a place of true comfort for her and her friends and the time we spend with her in her room just chatting has increased tenfold - it's not only a place to sleep now, but it's cozy and a place of comfort for just "hanging out."
