Absolute joke. I ordered a C64c Ultimate in April. Decided to cancel my order in June. I got a refund response on 21st June saying allow 2-3 days. Nothing. I've contacted them twice via the contract form on the website and received no response and no refund. A disgrace to the Commodore name.

Brilliant recreation of my favourite computer from the 1980’s brought back to life by “New” Commodore.
Website made it easy to order and delivery was inline with the estimate. Once it arrived it was fantastic to be reunited with the latest version of the Commodore 64 (Ultimate). Customer service was also very good when I had questions etc….very nice 👍🏻

Really bad, i received my commodore with a cracked case contacted commodore support the 29th of December 2025, they told me to wait well now it is the 4th June 2026 and still nothing only excuses so once you have bought the article, you are on your own, really disappointed

I recently changed my order to the C64C Ultimate and was genuinely impressed by how fair and uncomplicated the process was. The support team responded quickly, was very friendly, and even adjusted the price to the current pre‑order rate — including a refund of the difference. That is absolutely not something I take for granted.

I’m very much looking forward to receiving my C64C Ultimate later this year and want to thank Commodore for their outstanding service.

Very impressive remake of the C64. I pre-ordered several of each version of the C64 Ultimate. They kept us updated, including when they ran in to errors by the contractors. The end product is absolutely amazing. It is exactly what I wanted to play c64 games on. I am looking forward to future products!

After some waiting it finally arrived: the Commodore 64 Ultimate – Founders Edition.
Just finished the unboxing and I must say it is an amazing product. The packaging is fantastic and clearly designed for collectors and long-time Commodore fans. Everything inside the box feels premium, and the attention to detail is impressive. From the case design to the included items, it really feels like opening a piece of computing history.

Ordered some merch and the order flow and package tracking worked smoothly. T-shirts seem to ship from the baltics, and ceramic mugs ship from the USA via DHL.

I also had to cancel an order and that went fine and my money was returned to my account two days later. 👌

I ordered my C64 Ultimate Founders Edition as soon as the campaign went live. Then the delivery date was pushed back several times. I contacted the support as i wanted to order a second one and never got a reply (my contact was six weeks ago) - it seems they are not interested in additional sales. Now the C64 U FE was finaly sent out but with the worst devliery company on earth which is not able to delivery my package for several days now and it seems they use the same customer support as it did not answer as well. I was so happy to hear that Commodore has a comeback but so far it's a huge disappointment - at least for me.

Very bad customer support, no working Email, broken Online-Form, No shipment!!!

Bought a Commodore Starlight edition from the rebooted commodore. I was expecting it to be delayed several times since it's a new factory, new CEO och new employees, but it look like i might get this exactly in time for Christmas 2025.. wow! That's really impressive work. I suspect they work day and night to adjust all they're doing. And even if i would get the new Commodore C64 ultimate next christmas, it's still worth 5 stars just to take care of the brand like they do!
