Didn't listen
I told the operator that I wanted companies to text or email first so that I would know who was going to call me and I could then dicuss what I wanted. This never happened, I next received a message from British gas to say they had made an appointment to come out that day to see me in the afternoon. This was not what I asked for.

Having listened to the call, we can confirm that, as your boiler was not working, our agent offered you the next available appointment, which was on the same day, and advised you of the expected time of the visit.
Regarding your concerns about calls from the other supplier coming through as spam, our agent has made them aware of this issue and added notes requesting that they leave a voicemail introducing themselves, so you know who is trying to contact you.
We apologies that the communication did not happen in the way you had requested and for any frustration or inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to improve the service we provide.
