Despite initially showing interest in correcting the mistake they are no longer replying to my emails. No alternative than to take it up with my Credit Card provider.
Re. Asda Guiseley Cafe LS20 8HQ - till not working there since 18th of February, staff fed up, customers fed up because every transaction has to be written by hand and only cash is being taken. It takes a long time to serve one customer, which staff cannot do anything about it. I wrote to Compass a couple of times, but I was ignored, no reply.
Terrible company or they are thinking about selling this cafe.
drinks machine in peterborough hospital not working on 20th oct 2024 only serving water instead of coffee and chocolate still charged for both. Rang the number given on the machine and sent messages on their contact us no reply from anything just ignored even the hospital rang them and the company said they would contact me next day that was over a week ago machine no is MED10087. They have my phone number and email so no excuse. I dont intend to let this matter go unanswered if it takes me months they are taking money illegally
A total txxt company that doesn't really care about a person's past historical abuse 🙄😡 the lady that was trying to support me she seemed very lazy with her job on the phone calls that we had together ,and she kept mucking me about and then she couldn't be bothered in the end to support me with in her job role your there to support people not dump them in the end the stupid lady from changeing path ways is a complete jobs worse of a women and doesn't deserve to be in that line of work ✋️😡

I have been manipulated by this company, I have lost my good paid job to work with them, to find out later that they are offering me a different contract than the one we agreed on before leaving my job. After sending so many emails the company refused to help me out after all the financial damage they cause to me.
