We’re sorry to see that the shutter configuration is not what you expected, although we’re pleased you’re happy with how they look.
The three-door configuration and bi-fold arrangement were discussed during the original consultation and detailed on your quotation and order before the shutters went into production. This is a standard shutter configuration and isn’t something we would expect to cause any issues with their durability or long-term use.
We understand they are different to the shutters on your bay window that we installed previously, as bay and straight windows require different configurations. The bi-folding panels allow the shutters to be opened fully, giving maximum light and access to the whole window when required.
We are disappointed to receive a 1-star review, particularly as you’re happy with how the shutters look, but we do take your concerns seriously. Hopefully when Liam returns we can put your mind at ease and make sure everything is operating exactly as it should.

Excellent service & team
Concorde supplied and fitted all our wooden shutters and we couldn't be more pleased. There was a delay in our renovations which meant they had to keep hold of some of the shutters for a long time but it was no hassle. They also came and removed them when we had new windows fitted. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would recommend to everyone. We look forward to getting blinds in our conservatory next! Special thanks to Margaret, Liam and Darren.
