Dont blame us if PostNL fails to deliver when choosing non traceable mail post. Also check our working days before making more false statements. Another suggestion; use a more friendly approach. That way things get solved much easier.
Here is our conversation.

customer: I have no paket become!

ConsoleReparaties:

Dear customer,

Your order has been shipped 20-01-22 and its on the way.

We cannot check the shipment status because you choose shipment by post without a track and trace.

So be patient please.

customer: Hallo good morning i wait from 19.1 for a modchip have you send or not? How long must i wait. Thanks

Hello,

I already told you that it has been send. I also told you that the mail post cannot be traced so

I dont now how long it takes. Thats the risk by chosing this shipping method and Its your own risk as explained on the website.

You wil have to be patient, there is nothing we can do about it.

customer:

I have contact with post.nl and they Say me the paket must schon by me kommen. Is not coming thats why or you have never send or the paket come back too you!! Please contact me back i can not call you and i Need my Paket!

Hello, this is the last time i explain to you.


When you ordered the chip YOU choose shipping by mail without track and trace. On the same cashing out page their is a clear statement that this type of shipment is at your own risk because i cant check if the customer is lying about not receiving a package of that PostNL stole or lost the package.

Use your common sense, do you really think i try to scam anyone for a poorly 10 euro?? Use a brain.

Second, PostNl is known for dumping or losing post items by their employees. So dont blame me for all this crap! I have had cases were it took one month before a customer got a delivery from Postnl.

So to be clear, i dont owe you a refund or a resend of the item.
But iam willing to give you a 50% discount for a new chip order. Be smart and choose shipment with track and trace. Thats 4.50 euro.

Let me know and i send you the payment link.

And this is my final offer made on my day off ( thats why the phone is off)

Customer:

Say what you want until now i have Not Become . Post have no idea where Is . 10 days Is nothing coming and i think Will never come Weil you have never send It. You are a Deep. Nobody have interesse too buy something and not become. You have my 10 euro geklaut i Hope i am the last people you have betrug. Buy a pack cigarette with Money penner!!!

Goedemiddag, wat vervelend dat de schroeven beschadigd zijn. Dit heeft echter niet met de kwaliteit van de schroevendraaier te maken maar met de kwaliteit van de schroef. Deze wordt na verloop van tijd aangetast door zweet en vuiligheid waardoor de schroefkop broos/zacht wordt. Zeker als er vuil inzit altijd eerst even schoonmaken voor een goede grip.
