Too repetitive and much to wordy
Their selections on certain products are very repetitive instead of testing products they have not yet done. Also their analysis of most products they have tested is much too long and is not always in a context that the average person can understand. Get to the point!

I had been a Consumer Lab member for 3 to 4;years. Be aware that you cannot access the past lab results you paid for. I was not aware that information is NOT STORED OR ACCESSIBLE TO OR FOR YOU. I find REPREHENSIBLE! One considering membership SHOULD BE INFORMED!!!! I paid a great deal of money for that information and NOW I CANNOT ACCESS IT? THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ONE CONSiDERING MEMBERSHIP SHOULD BE INFORMED. I WILL NEVER RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP. THAT IS NOT TRUE OF CONSUMER REPORTS. I'm OUTRAGED!!

Why Older Results May Not Be Accessible
1. Focus on Keeping Information Up-to-Date
At ConsumerLab.com, our goal is to provide the most accurate and timely guidance possible. We regularly update Product Review reports, usually every two to four years, and re-test products using current methods and new samples. When a product is not included in the most recent testing cycle, it may no longer appear in the report.
2. Changes in Products and Standards
Supplements and consumables often change. Ingredients may be reformulated, manufacturing processes improved, regulations updated, or new scientific findings released. To ensure our members are receiving information that reflects the current market, older results are replaced with updated data.
What Members Can Do
• Print or Save Reports While Active: While a membership is active, reports can be printed for individual use using the “Print” icon at the top right of each page. This helps preserve older information if you wish to keep a record.
• Request Testing or Re-Testing: We welcome member input. If there is a product you would like to see tested or re-tested, you can share suggestions with us. Member feedback plays an important role in selecting what we test next.

I love being able to get honest…
I love being able to get honest reliable information on products before buying them or using them. I like that you include so many different studies when reviewing products and that you site the studies. I feel like the information I am getting is balanced and unbiased and isn't trying to sell anything. I also like that I can search on older reviews for any subject. I also appreciate being able to read other members experiences.

An excellent supplement site that I can TRUST!
You present valid evidence and include scientific study evidence at times, too. You ask what products users would like you to test/review. The way you test products (multiple labs not affiliated with you) inspires a higher degree of confidence in results. You don't sell the products. Your writing and results are easily readable to "everyman."
