4+ months trying to buy a flat using this company. Lack of progress lack of updates. Phoned conveyancer who said she would have to work to midnight each day to get through the number of case given to her. Thinking I will move to another conveyancer and not pay for the very little work done. Another example of company taking on too much work

She responded to all of our queries incredibly quickly, kept us well-informed at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. Whenever we were unsure about anything, she took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, which we really appreciated. Her efficiency and attention to detail really stood out, and it gave us a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Communication was poor, response times to emails etc was always very slow and I genuinely feel they were partially responsible for the sale eventually falling through. I thought by using a company referred by the agent that it might smooth the process, next time I will choose who I go with.
