BUYER BEWARE!!! Check your invoices screenshot prices check the charges on your methods of payment!!!
The communication was extremely limited quite difficult and poor quality? e mail only. Purchased two extra sets of carpet at $600 inadvertently each along with five 5 other items and the price was $4533.00 they notified me of the two extra $600 carpets removed them and re invoiced me $4422.40? The problem? This means within minutes the prices were increased to the point the two canceled carpets which cost me approx $600 had their prices reduced to $111 dollars each….
The math wasn’t mathing….. I quickly called my credit card company e mailed “Coody” Australia…. Felt like a fool like I was ripped off off….
Proceeded to want to educate as many people as possible of this experience to see if I can save the next “Coody” victim from spending an extra thousand dollars….. without realizing it…. I wouldn’t have noticed…. Had I not been paying attention.
Whoever this vendor of “Coody” tents is has seriously caused me to reconsider purchasing anything made by or sold from a company called “Coody”
Dai industries in Korea and Beijing need to look into this person marketing their products and investigate whether complaints like this are a regular occurrence there.
This is horrible for such a brilliant concept with the potential to really impact the market to be represented by what I can only assume was an attempt to separate me from $1000 dollars of my hard earned currency.
I canceled my order and I’m now looking into other tent manufacturers and companies that have telephone numbers to answer customer concerns.
I have saved e mails photos and will be posting the full story in a video to each of the big social media platforms IG, FB, TikTok and leaving reviews WARNING any other potential customers.
I also have hopes that the parent company Dai industries is able to be made aware of the brand representation they are receiving from sales tactics such as this.
Buyer Beware
