Not impressed -

Took hat on holiday for the first time and went to adjust by gently pulling on the string and one side just casually broke away and separated from the rest . There was a pale yellow sticky paper around the break ( which was hidden when still inside the sleeve) and has clearly been put on at som point to disguise the fact the string was already broken before use. I now have a hat that is too big and I can’t adjust it

Frustration

I am a first time customer. I am trying to exchange a b'day gift for my wife as i was not informed that the item, which was her usual size,ran big so it does not fit. First I was told by the bot that it would cost $7.98 So I wrote back saying that I knew there might be a size issue so I opted for Smart Exchange which would cost $1.98. The you sent an email saying I did not sign up even though I know I did. Then another email came saying no returns allowed because it was a special sale, which it absolutely was not.. I am a retired attorney and former CEO of a large international firm. I am not stupid and I do not like to be misled by inconsistent and inaccurate responses to what should be a simple, gracious transaction.

Quality product

I bought some years ago Coolibar products. Since I need to be careful with the sun, I completed my collection, esp swimming products. The fabric is top ! My skin is protected ! Thanks Coolibar
